Not only the best job, but they also have the best price :-) I have had my house professionally cleaned for a while, so was not very anxious to get the initial "deep cleaning" (I thought my house was clean before), but they did an OUTSTANDING job -- the refrigerator, floors, light fixtures and everything else just sparkled! I've continued to use them, and gotten a fantastic cleaning each time. Thank you, Maricella!

She was very flexible with meeting my needs for date/ time, she called to confirm the day before, and she was always very quick to respond to my messages/ texts. It was 100 degrees the day of the cleaning, but she still worked very quickly and got the place to a point I had never seen it in, not even when I first moved in. I was stunned by how much she was able to do. I also liked that this is her business. That meant a lot to me in choosing someone/ a business to work with as I could know for sure that 100% of the money goes to her. I have never hired a cleaner before, but I will definitely start using Tina in the future to keep my new place in great condition so I can enjoy the results of her hard work.

It was a 1600 sqft empty house, I communicated to her that I would like to have the kitchen oven, Range hood, sliding door rail/window tracks, and the air vent covers clean, which she acknowledged and said she can get it done in 6 hours with 2 people. However, it was not clean at all. As you can see from the pictures, they were so filthy and covered with dust and grease. After complained to her, she did agreed to come back but would only for short period of time. She indicated that she won't charge me this time, but can not stay for more than an hour since that will be an extra $80 per hour?! I would not need her to come back, if you can do the cleaning job correctly the first time!! Horrible experience. I had to re-do all the cleaning again myself. Please avoid her if you can.

Kara arrived ready to go - super friendly, bubbly, and COVID safe. We went over what my very basic expectations were as a first time house cleaning user and then we took the dogs and left - mostly because I think I would be awkward, not her. I got home and man, I don't even want to cook dinner because it's so clean and refreshing and beautiful. The communication, from start to finish, was quick, honest, and very direct - I wasn't left with any questions. Kara is spectacular and I would 100% recommend her and Em-Maculate Cleaning for your needs. I look forward to making this a regular part of my "treat yourself" routine!

Everything the man. Leaned was amazing, the woman did not do a very good job, they ended up sending the man back to redo what she had done. We were very happy with him, he went above and beyond. We liked him so much that we didn't make an issue of him damaging our laminate flooring using soaking wet mop. Apparently he left the company and they didn't notify us. They sent out some guy we didn't know while my wife was home alone. She wouldn't let him in. When my wife called Emily, she sent her to VM. She sent a text back. She said that she had tried to contact us but didn't hear back. The only contact we got was an email that she wanted to change days. She asked for a reply if the change was okay with us. It was not so we did not reply. Also, during the time we had service from Em-Maculate Cleaning Service the price changed from hourly to fixed and the price increased without notification. When my wife tried to work things out with Emily directly she said we were too difficult as customers and she was dropping us. Who knew that asking for clear communication was "demanding".

One day after they had cleaned my home, I came home to find a wet carpet with a note stating they had spilled a bucket of water on my laminate floor and carpet. Upon further review it was determined that they cleaned the water but placed the wet rug back on my floor. After pulling back the carpet to allow it to dry, I noticed water damage and my laminate floor had buckled. I immediately called Ashley to report the issue. She advised she would report it to her insurance company but stated a few times that she had never had to report anything to her insurance company before. She made me feel very uncomfortable for reporting an issue that had occurred with her employee for being careless. We then played phone tag a few times and during our last conversation she fired me as her customer stating I was a liability because I reported the damage caused by her employee. It turned out to be almost 6,000.00. Never in my life have I experienced such behavior by an owner of a company. I did not write a yelp review prior but this has stayed with me since my experience with Ashley snd her company. I would not recommend Ashley or her company for cleaning services to anyone in Oregon. I have never been dismissed for services by a company damaging my home! I do think Karma takes care of others who treat their customers poorly. Signed by a very disappointed customer

The cleaners showed up on time, were very polite and put everything back in its original place...that is where the excellence ends. They left all glass smeared and they did not clean under couches, beds or appliances. They didn't even clean the drip trays to the ice maker or Keurig. After they cleaned, kitchen counters felt gritty (they are granite so hide a lot visually). Not sure what went on there. A cubby above a kitchen bar was coated in dust. They moved slowly and were paid hourly. They vacuumed downstairs (about 2000 square feet of mostly uncarpeted hardwood), for 4 hours while they were chit chatting. I work from home in an upstairs office. After 3 hours of hearing them vacuuming and conversing (with vacuum turned off during chats,) I went downstairs and they stopped talking. After a few minutes of me being upstairs, it would start again so I went downstairs several times until my husband got home. They used a Swiffer (Wetjet ?) to clean the floors. In my experience that drags dirt around and the floors are Brazilian cherry so the cleaners should have been extra careful. If they cleaned so well it was worth $800 I would be singing their praises but wasn't even close to impressive. We feel ripped-off, so obviously not hiring them for regular cleanings.
