We called Absolute Inspections to have our home completely inspected before our new home warranty expired. Kevin Weiss was extremely professional. He was right on-time, answered all my questions and was very polite. He took his time to look at all the areas and went into extra detail on areas that I thought might be issues. Within a day or 2 I received a ~40page written report covering all areas of our home. It included pictures and details, as well as the rules and regulations and apply to each area. Any issues that he found were not only mentioned in the applicable section of the report, but also listed for quick review at the end. He found things I would have never dreamed about looking for. Because of the pictures and clear descriptions I was able to specifically tell the company what needed to be fixed. There were issues on there that the warranty guy had never even heard of. I liked that because it meant that Absolute Inspections was finding things that other people don't. And he wasn't just looking for the most common problems...he found everything. And again when the contractors came to fix it, I could show them clear pictures of exactly what needed to be done. I just had Absolute Inspections perform a home warranty inspection my new one year old home Roanoke Texas in May 2020. A high tech drone was used to inspect the roof and infrared imaging was used to identify other items within the home. Turns out Kevin found many defects with my home I was not aware of.
