I commend them on how timely they were with all the projects I had done. New roof, done in one day and totally cleaned up afterwards. New gutters that actually fit the house and function. Large windows replaced that took some engineering to fit, and they fit perfectly and look amazing inside and out. Least but not last the Siding and prep work were all done in two days. I put an inquiry in on a Friday for a gutter estimate. Monday at 830pm be texted me to set something up. I called him back and texted him Wednesday to follow up he didn't answer so I left a voicemail. I also let him know that my roof was leaking. NO RESPONSE a week later, while he knows my roof is actively leaking. A week is more than enough time. He also could have at least texted me back and said they were busy until x, and not just let me hanging. Also, the number you click to call online, goes to his partners phone number. The hyperlink is different number. Apparently, his partner couldn't help me? I will be getting a new roof from another company. read more

First time using AHI and I was not disappointed! From the quick response from Sam with getting an estimate for our garage roof repairs to the fair price compared to 4 other estimates that I received from other companies. They actually ended up coming out a day earlier than originally planned so that was a plus! The roofers followed instructions of not blocking my neighbors' side of the shared driveway and they cleaned up afterwards so no problem with any messes. Joey was sent out afterwards to double check things and clean up once more just to be on the safe side. Three years ago, we had damage (aka a big ol' hole from a big ol' tree branch) to our garage roof. We previously had a 'regular guy' who was able to do outdoor jobs for us, but wasn't available at that time. We decided to get estimates from almost a dozen places -- it was our first major home project, even though that would have been small for some, and we needed to find someone who could talk us through the details on the parts we weren't sure about, yet get to the point when we didn't need additional info. We weren't as concerned about getting the lowest price or the fastest turnaround, we wanted to find someone we could trust to be honest, tell us what we needed, give us options, and at the end of the day, provide the service and quality that would lead to a long lasting solution. When we talked to Sam, we knew we found someone who wasn't going to try to sell us things that we didn't need, and from everything in the quote and the contract we could see that this was a company that took pride in the work they did, made sure that the working environment was safe for their crew, and would see the job through from start to finish. There was even a minor item that Sam noticed that no one else we had look at the roof saw -- a piece of a window we had on the garage was rotten. He also went over some things that other places claimed needed to be done, and showed us why those items were not necessary. The timeline was followed, the crew was professional, and when they left you'd have never known they were here except for the beautiful new roof and gutters on our garage. Fast forward to May 7, 2024. I was home due to an injury and woke up from a nap to what sounded like horses galloping over the roof of our house. In less than ten minutes, the great hail storm of '24 damaged the roof of our house and shed, the siding on our house and garage, and the gutters on our house, as well as numerous items in our yard. When the claims adjuster came out, he was pleased to inform us that there was something without damage -- the roof of our garage, which had been so well installed that it didn't even have cosmetic damage the adjuster was used to seeing on new roofs. We already knew that we wanted AHI to work on the damage, but knowing that was the additional proof that we chose a great place and great people for the job. When I checked online for how long a job this big would take, the estimate for the siding alone was 4 to 7 days. The total time for the roofs (house and shed) and the siding and gutters was about 3.5 days, and that was with several hours of rain pausing work on one of the days. When it turned out that one of the replacement light fixtures for the outside of the house wasn't available and I needed to get a different one, they assured us that they'd be back to install it even with the rest of the job done. The cleanup is amazing. I spent the fall sweeping the street and checking for screws and nails and finding pieces of shingles and siding in my yard due to contractors my neighbors chose that were not cleaning up. The AHI crew made sure that they picked up afterwards - sweeping, using a blower, using a magnetic sweeper - again, you wouldn't know they had been here except for the completely transformed house. We've had so many neighbors stop by to tell us how good it looks, and family members who are impressed by the work. Some of the pieces had to be custom fitted, yet they're so spot on you'd have thought they were manufactured that way. In summary, we weren't looking for the fastest contractor, but we found one who is efficient without cutting corners. We weren't looking for the cheapest contractor, but we found one who has fair pricing and can explain what the costs are and what the options are. We did want the place we felt we could put the most trust in, and that is Absolute Home Improvement. We are very fortunate that we are in their service area, and plan to contact them for future home projects we have. read more

Sam and his guys helped me with some siding repairs. Hiring home repair and improvement contractors can be very 'hit or miss'. I lucked out when I called Absolute Home Improvement. They were very prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use their services in the future. UPDATE TWO YEARS LATER Absolute installed two new storm doors for us. Been trying to contact Absolute for the last month to come out to our house give us an estimate to repair hail damage. We have left voice mails, text messages and emails with no response. Very poor customer service/ business practice to not respond to customer inquiries. Absolute is doing a number of jobs in our subdivision, so it's not like you are going out of your way to stop by at the end of the day to at least acknowledge that you received our inquiries. read more

Sam and his team were really great to us! They really took the time and transformed out 1940s Cape Cod into a fresh clean beautiful home.
