Our summer 2026 project will include a couple new stoops, a garage floor replacement, and some landscaping in our backyard. There are alot of landscaping companies, whatever you do don't use DMT! It all started good they came out looked at the job , came up with a comprehensive plan to laser the existing grade and install fill dirt to correct the pitch and allow proper drainage. The work was done ( sort of) but that's where it all went bad. If anything the drainage problem was worse. DMT did come back after I called to complain about the problem and said the fill they installed had settled and more pitch should have been used to allow for that. They promised to come back and add more fill. After stalling for the entire summer and supposedly putting me on the schedule they now say it's not their problem and refuse to to anything.
