For the snow removal service, I would say they abided by the contract 20%, by placing the markers, and providing snow removal about 3/10 times this winter thus far. Each time it should have been done and they did not show up I made an excuse in my head about why they possibly did not come. I am now just done with hoping they will show up during the heavy snow fall. Unfortunately I have to take matters into my own hands with two small children, since my husband is deployed.
