When I said I could not hear with them I was told I did not know what I was talking about. So now I have useless hearing aids that I cannot hear well with and they are basically useless. I spent several hours on the phone with the Resound company and this is where I received the information that my hearing aids are not as represented and basically my hearing aids were stolen.

My word comprehension has returned to normal, or even better. I can now hear things my wife can't. It's a bit like bionic hearing. Additionally, they came with a devise that hooks to the TV, so the TV sends surround sound to my hearing aids. Amazing clarity. Also, Works with my iPhone so all my calls are in stereo. All my apps play in my hearing aids. Awesome stuff. Technology is good.
