Since I had not had a hearing update exam in some time, she led me through an assessment of my hearing. Following that she updated my hearing aids which was a minor change but nonetheless made the hearing somewhat better. I had a couple of questions about performance of my aids which she was able to explain away sufficiently. I plan to continue seeing her on a regular basis and will no doubt get new aids next year as the time runs out on these. She is a very caring and professional audiologist. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs hearing improvement. And she still rides a mean moto-cross bike. And she has the awards to prove it.

Hearing booth was a joke. Then I came home and did some research. They guy said Costco carried old models. What a lie... They have the same as the Beltone guy show us but Beltone was 3 times more expensive. Costco was way better. Average cost should be around 2,000.00 You can even buy on line. Tuning is not that difficult. For the crappy building and the zero overhead cost they have they should be selling these for 1,000.00 MAX!!! They take advantage of the people who do not know what they are looking for. Remember go with your first impression.

When I said I could not hear with them I was told I did not know what I was talking about. So now I have useless hearing aids that I cannot hear well with and they are basically useless. I spent several hours on the phone with the Resound company and this is where I received the information that my hearing aids are not as represented and basically my hearing aids were stolen.

I was then asked if I had a preference on who I see when ever I return, they were both great, so either one. I got two new hearing aids with amazing quality, clarity, and well worth every penny. $5000 to be exact, they offered less priced aids, but I want the best sound quality possible, and I am now seriously enjoying going to concerts and shows when I have not enjoyed these things in years. My word comprehension has returned to normal, or even better. I can now hear things my wife can't. It's a bit like bionic hearing. Additionally, they came with a devise that hooks to the TV, so the TV sends surround sound to my hearing aids. Amazing clarity. Also, Works with my iPhone so all my calls are in stereo. All my apps play in my hearing aids. Awesome stuff. Technology is good.

I found address info online and showed up at the Miracle Ear office without an appointment or so much as a phone call. The receptionist Catherine greeted me graciously and asked how she could help me. I explained my problem and she took both my hearing aids away. When she returned in just a few minutes she had thoroughly cleaned both instruments and replaced the small rubber cups that fit in the ears. And most importantly they were BOTH working better than they had in weeks. (OK, I admit they were overdue for that cleaning!) Catherine saved our getaway to the beautiful Northwest! I have always been impressed with the staff and service recieved from Miracle Ear and my experience in Spokane was up to any expectation. Thank you, Catherine. You represented the company very well.

I am fairly certain that the reason I didnt get the call back is because when the person asked me how much my insurance was willing to pay I didnt know, that really flustered the person/audiologist so much so they got a bit rude, like how dont you know the number? Well they only want to know the number because they want to know the maximum they can charge your insurance, which in my opinion is not fair to my insurance. So anyway, I would never recommend this business to anyone. Have a nice day.
