So after hearing positive results from 4 personal friends... I had to check out Sara Penton and her biofeedback machine! One friend had severe skin issues, another with sinus issues requiring medications and surgeries, another with intestinal issues and meds - none solved by the meds or doctors - unfortunate. Amazingly Sara and her biofeedback sessions, resolved long term non curable issues as I understand holistically! That was enough for me to shell out $150. The sessions are not covered by insurance. Strap up your head, wrists and ankles... sit comfortably in a chair for 7-10min. She comes in and tells you all your problems to the "T"? WTF right? Then she resets you and biofeedback programming occurs for correction. You don't even know it happens... Me I was suffering not only from lack of energy not resolved by either of my doctors meds yet have also joint pain taking me out of my love for the gym (i.e. can't life a glass of water with my left hand without pain) - which after the session I could lift a gym bag with my left hand no problem - that makes me a believer of this hocus pocus (biofeeback). Additional sessions are $100. As to the lack of energy I was told I would be tired today and rejuvenated tomorrow and perhaps for weeks. I setup my next appointment for 14 days out to compare results. In the end I have 4 people who recovered from severe conditions, some for years, now healed. I look forward to following through with her methods and proven results. So I give her a 5! More to come. Thanks and give it a shot! I have suffered from sinus and allergy problems my whole life. I tried everything to fix them. I tried allergy shots, allergy medications, natural remedies, etc. Nothing worked. Then one of my brother's clients suggested I try going to Absolute Health and doing Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT) with Dr. Sara. She had gone and claimed she was now cured of all her allergies. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I went. The staff has always been warm, friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Sara has always been very knowledgeable and compassionate. I really do feel like I'm home whenever I go there, like they are family. Now keep in mind, I am a rare case. I am not your normal allergy patient. I am allergic to almost everything you can think of. I did an allergy treatment for each of the things that came up that I was allergic to and, for the first time in my life, I am happy to say I am no longer allergic to any of them! I can finally live my life with no discomfort or irritation of any kind. Since the allergy treatments worked, I decided to try her biofeedback machine. I used to be very tired all the time, and my periods were irregular. After a couple biofeedback treatments, I am no longer tired, I sleep very well now, and my periods are regular. It has also kept me healthier because it boosts your immune system. I don't really get sick anymore. Lastly, I tried doing neurofeedback with her. This was cool because after each visit, Dr. Sara would show me pictures of my brain to show what exactly got better and what still needed work, if any. My brain is now stable and my moods and anxiety are a lot better also. Things are a lot more manageable for me now and I'm more patient. The best part, is it is supposed to last forever with neurofeedback. It was definately well worth the money. If you havn't tried Absolute Health yet for your allergies, even if it sounds hokey, you must do it because it really does work! read more

Dr. Sara is a very knowledgeable chiropractor that uses advanced modalities and treatment options. She easily saw problematic areas and pinpoints areas in my back that need improvement within seconds. The treatments are easily tolerable and show immediate relief. Buffy- the- thyroid freakin -slayer -Daney: A Tale of Needle Therapy Foiled I had a less than titillating experience this week as I explored the Eastern side of Medical cures to ease my ailing thyroid. Dr. Buffy Daney, was one of the doctors who covers acupuncture on our insurance plan. I gave her office a call last week and I was scheduled to see her right away. A very pregnant woman called my name. "Hi, I'm Dr. Daney." Well, sh*t on a stick!! I have nothing against pregnant women, after all, I was pregnant twice... but my mind began to race. Surely she was not due to have a baby for another 3 or 4 months. I mean, the office wouldn't have scheduled my appointment had she not been able to provide something called CONTINUITY of care, right? We proceeded to a very hurried and less than comprehensive intake of my symptoms and health history. I asked her if she had patients like me before. "Yeah" was her answer. "Have you had positive results?" I asked. "Um, well, the results have varied," she replied. And that was that. She took me to the room. Placed some needles on my hands, feet, and one in my neck. She turned out the lights to complete blackness and overhead there was a flicker flicker of some fluorescent lights. We didn't go through the game plan, she just poked, then left. When she came back, I told her I needed to pick up my little one from school. Unaware of how much time I needed for travel, she told me I had 10 more minutes and had plenty time . She returned to remove my needles. "I'm 39 weeks pregnant and I'm taking maternity leave next week. You'll need more treatments. You can schedule another appointment with me this week and perhaps you can see my partner for Biofeedback therapy while I'm gone for the next 4 weeks. You can google Biofeedback if you like." 39 weeks pregnant, ready to have her baby any minute and her office told me as clear as day she was accepting new patients? Accepting new patients that she won't be following up on? Accepting new patients that may need more than one treatment? In fact, more than one treatment and several over the next few months. Really?! The plan was to dump me off on her partner and I can Google the information on what her partner does. "Why don't you take this Thyroid supplement? It has has thyroid stuff in it." I had follow up questions on the supplement and she had very little information on it. Holy crap! As a registered nurse I would have never told my patients to research the solutions I was giving them. Whether it was a pill to take, a procedure or treatment, I would have never expected them to find the information on their own. As I got up to leave, per her instruction, I told her I felt like a needle was still in. Oopsie, she forgot a needle! Man, I think she forgot that she had a patient and forgot her professionalism, too! Won't be back. read more

I have done HRT at many doctors in the valley and usually they don't care how you feel or ask questions about results. They look at your labs and tell you come back in 10 weeks. Dr. Liz is the only doctor I have found in the valley who works with you and will actively participate in a dialogue to reach real results. If you're going to an HRT clinic weekly stop, and come do a consult with Dr. Liz. It's rare that you find a doctor like this, very rare. read more

Dr. Daney, can you say Dr. Awesome! I have been sick for the past few weeks and was tired of medication. I came across Dr. Buffy Daney's office on the web and scheduled an appointment. Her staff was very sweet over the phone and I got in within the next day! I met Dr. Buffy and she was so friendly with a positive attitude. I felt as if I was the only patient in the office with the amount of attention she provided towards my pain. She was very educated in acupuncture, biofeedback, and much more. I had many questions since I had never been to a Chiropractic office before and she answered all of my questions with a smile. I have followed up with Dr. Daney for a few visits already and I am delighted to say I feel BETTER! I say, if there are any reviews that suggest anything but great care from Dr. Daney... Sara (Dr???!) really? She charges $95 for every 15 minutes you ask relevant questions regarding her "therapy". My allergies got twice as bad after the 1st visit. I couldn't even make it to the 2nd appointment, they were so bad. When I asked what happened, she said, "It must have been my 'mental issues' that caused the reaction". As an afterthought she added, "Or it could have been the enzymes breaking down". Are you kidding me? I'm being treated for CPTSD. I'm doing Neurofeedback. She attacks my PTSD instead of her methods. For that crock I paid $95 to have her intelligently answer my very pertinent questions. She was unable to engage with the professional aspect of her business. She never gave me itemized receipts. I asked 4 times following by a written request. I needed: What I was tested for What I was treated for What I was retreated for and how many retreats would then be counted as ineffective How many more appointments I will need and What will be done at these appointments. All this is information I evaluate to see if this method is working. She canceled our next appointment. I was diagnosed with 19 allergies. She "treated" 2 allergens per session. She told me I'd need 5 more sessions. She's developed a new math to substantiate her lifestyle. My math tells me 10 more sessions at a minimum of $100. She also insisted I needed UVA treatments at $175 per treatment. She is hardly transparent. She happily collects over $500 of mine, my allergies are worse and she continues to be deceitful about it. She told me her method was 90% effective, as opposed to 45% effectiveness with an actual MD/Allergist. When asked for the statistics in black and white, she couldn't substantiate it. Try at you own risk and don't expect any scientific analysis to be provided. Always bring your money because she'll take it before she answers any questions. Horrible! Deceitful. Dr. Sara is amazing. Basically that's all there is to it. I get bio-feedback work done by her. She has helped me tons. I have more energy, better overall health, and more mental balance-- so speak. At first I was kind of leary of the whole bio-feedback thing at first, I kinda thought it was a bunch of crap. But I'm a true believer now. It has really helped me with all sorts of ailments, like fatigue, heartburn, mental concentration, anxiety, more anxiety (haha), sleeping rhythms, and many more things. Over the years, I've seen numerous chiropractors. I was a recent visitor to Dr. Daney's office and continue to visit regularly for "maintenance" purposes. The difference with Dr. Daney is her thorough attention to detail each and every visit. It's not your typical run of the mill chiropractors that just adjusts you and moves on. She takes the time to relieve tension in my muscles and is experienced in various treatment methods. She has even performed acupuncture on my foot for other issues. If you are open to adjunct therapies and alternative ways to heal, this is the place for you. We have been seeing Dr. Sara for 7 years now. The office staff has always been efficient and friendly. My daughter has been going for biofeedback for a variety of reason but the main one is to prevent complications associated with Type 1 diabetes. I have been amazed how biofeedback is able to give me results that are seen on her blood test even before I have received the test results. My daughter as of yet has never been in the hospital due to complications. We had decided upon her diagnosis to use adjective therapies to maintain her body's health. Absolute Health has provide us with the means to do so. Dr. Sara is awesome to work with. My daughter loves how she speaks to her directly and asks her how she is feeling. My whole family has had biofeedback and chiropractic. They know it works. They even ask me to make them appointments when they are feeling "off". I have bulging discs, a previously broken sacrum (from a natural child-birth where my son's nose literally broke my sacrum), arthritis in my back, and pretty nasty fibromyalgia... I have gone to 5 chiropracters for almost 30 years and Dr. Buffy Daney is by far the most experienced, gentle (which is super important for people with fibromyalgia) and kind of any of them. Her use of kinesiology in her treatment is top-notch. Like any excellent Dr.-patient relationship it requires team-work and cooperation... I was flabbergasted by the harsh words and poor taste of one of the reviewers on this site of Dr. Daney... There have been several times where I would come into her office all hunched over bearly able to walk and I would be upright by the end of the session. Dr. Daney strives to see her patients at their convenience when at all possible. They have worked me in at that office when I have been hurting more times than I can shake a stick at. Actually, I was supposed to go in on my Birthday next week (I had some surgeries last summer that I am still recuperating from) so I am having more problems than normal so my back went into a flare and I called two days ago to see if I could come in later on today--no problem I was told for both my appointment with Dr. Daney and their quite excellent massage therapist, Sheri Birch. I have known both of these ladies since 2004 but didn't start regularly seeing Dr. Daney until 2006. I have been going to her ever since mostly for my fibrmyalgia which is a very chronic thing. She has helped to make my pain manageable. Another thing I appreciate about this office is that they don't just try and throw supplements at you. They will only mention something if it is important to your care, but if you cannot afford it they don't keep hounding you like some offices do. It is very common in any profession to work up until the day you give birth for both the sake of the worker involved (unless it is a detriment to their health) and for the sake of the one receiving their services. Everyone at that office is extremely competent so excellent care is given all around. In all of the years I have been seeing Dr. Daney I think the only time I didn't get to see her right away when I wanted was when she was pregnant but I was absolutely delighted for her and was only too glad to wait. There is a huge difference between being able to accept new patients in general and taking vacation time or time off for the birth of one's baby. I very much look forward to going into this office because they make me feel better physcially with the excellent treatment they give as well as emotionally because it is a fun office! read more

I am 38, fit, a healthy weight, and my doctor would have told you in perfect health. But I felt exhausted all day, every day. I could sleep 12 hours and still wake up tired and then have to go take a nap in my car at lunch just to make it through the day. Looking at it over time I guess it just slowly got worse over many years, but when I talked to my doctor about it he would say my blood tests are normal and some people just need more sleep than others. But I knew how I felt could not be normal, so when my friend told me about Dr Sara I was more than willing to give it a shot. I'll admit that after my first session I felt no different, but within a day after my second session I could feel things changing.
