This is the second card that I purchased. Overall, I love the card. This time I got the black velvet, and it looks and FEELS great. Fast shipping and easy to process the payment. Both cards I've purchased work great and never had an issue, so good there. I purchased my second card on Black Friday. Before I submitted my order, I viewed the website and ensured there weren't any good deals that I may miss. I even emailed customer service and got a response about the card I'm ordering, which I said I'm a repeat customer. As soon as I submitted my order, a few hours later or so, I received an email stating they are having a 4-day sale with 30% off all orders for Black Friday weekend. I emailed customer service asking if I could take advantage since I didn't know about the sale before placing my order. It seems odd to email me a deal right after I hit submit. I'm sure it's because somehow I'm on their email subscription, but the disappointing fact is that it wasn't on the website advertised and, most importantly, there is no response from the company, not even a sorry, you're out of luck. Fast forward, I proceeded with my order. I was asked to submit my signature on a white piece of paper so they can engrave it on the back of my card. I did, I sent it in and got a proof back that it was good to go and that they would forward it to the production team. I received my card 5 days ago. There is no signature, and there is an air bubble on the back of the card, where the magnetic strip is. It's not the end of the world, but the card I received was not what I was promised missing the signature and a defect in the magnetic strip. The new card should be perfect. I emailed customer service that night, again 5 days ago, as it states to reach out as they want to make sure they get the best ratings and care about the product they produce. Well, I haven't heard back other than their auto-response email saying they are busy and I'd hear back in 1 business day. I waited until now to submit my review to see if they would rectify the situation, but I have heard nothing. Disappointing.
