Highly recommend! Fair pricing, and solid work. Never met…read morethe man before today, and he is our new go to for plumbing related probs! I just saw his "this is my work" post on Nextdoor, and gave him a call! Remon clearly explained what he was going to do to fix our drain blockages, provided a fair price, had the tools to do it, and explained the outcome. IF you are looking for a straight talking, no upselling hard working type plumber, who does what they say, and says what they do, Remon is your new plumber. Lots of folks ready to charge and arm and a leg, and take advantage of short term need to inflate the costs, sometimes post facto, not Remon! Even when the actual work was more involved, took more time, he stuck by his number. WE had a stopped drain in our garage laundry area, the laundry tub would not drain, and the washing machine thus could not operate, so this was no small thing to get sorted! It had been a SLOW drain for years, we have lived here 12 years, and it finally said "enough", and could not drain fast enough to let the washing machine run a full cycle! I live in a house built in 1960, with various mods made to drains since by characters of unknown pedigree using methods lost to the dustbin of history, and get to live in this over 65 year old rather random house. Remon was able to get thru blockage, tub is draining faster than I have ever seen and even with that he said it might last a year, the clearance he could achieve was not large, and the union to the sewer line we heavily corroded and would need replacement in the next few years, but he hoped it would last longer, fingers crossed. So I am repaired, educated, and have some clarity on what will be necessary down the road, all for a super fair price. And THEN he fixed our bath tub drain, removed an inappropriate drain part, told us what was necessary for it to be set up correctly, and left on his plumber wings.

We needed to reroof our house, so contacted Taylor Energy to deinstall and reinstalled the panels. They coordinated every with our roofing contractor. We highly recommend Taylor Energy for solar. Customer service is wonderful and the quality of work excellent.

I thought I had blown out an electrical socket by dumbly putting two space heaters into one socket…read more(don't ask). I couldn't reset the GFCI socket, and flipping my circuit breakers on and off seemingly did nothing, so I started searching out Youtube and eventually calling professionals since I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Since it was a Sunday, it wasn't easy. A couple "on-call" people offered to come out (without discussion), later that week. Others, who claimed to run 24 hour service and claimed to be open on Sundays, didn't pick up at all nor even call me back despite leaving a message. I was very fortunate that Brian did pick up after a double phone call on my end, as he thought it was an emergency. In order to try to avoid an unnecessary visit or cost on my end, he kindly walked me through trouble shooting the situation and felt that it was likely something to do with not FULLY flipping the circuit breaker or possibly a tripped GFCI unit I wasn't locating. After seemingly attempting what he advised and nothing seeming to happen, he agreed to come out at the end of another job the next day and even throw in a free part if it was something as simple as a wall socket. All this was totally appreciated since our water heater and bathroom lights were out as a result. He also encouraged me to keep looking at what he suggested since the issue didn't make sense and he didn't want to charge me for coming out and doing something simple like flipping a switch ( which apparently can and does happen). Taking his advice I kept playing with my circuit breakers and unplugging everything connected on the line that seemed to be out. With some luck, the power kicked back on, and I'm pretty sure it was indeed because there was one circuit I missed that I hadn't pressed completely and fully off ( hard to notice the small click at the end of the circuit breaker off position without this small piece of advice that numerous Youtube videos and other calls to professionals didn't help with). Needless to say I was very impressed and happy with the entire experience compared to everything else I went through to try and solve my problem. I know if I have a real electrical problem or need some kind of work in this area in the future I will for sure be giving All Star Electric a call! Thanks!

NOT ANYMORE...I was literally charged 170 for 6 squirts of oil and no more than 10 minutes it took longer to run my credit card...He told me he has had this call a lot which tells me it's a thing they do commonly..I just can't justify the cost there travel time is around the corner from me and they did not even leave me the golden can of oil.. I was told on the phone it was under warranty which it was not..I'm not even upset about that fine service fee right ok I said thinking 69 79 even 99....But 170!!!Prices have gone up but not like that this is highway robbery.. I was thinking of getting a new door because the install was done to tight which caused small dents all over the door and since it's been so long 5 years I figured that was my problem and was just going to purchase a new door with them.. I am about the fairest person and I never complain or right reviews because I am retired from HR and bad reviews are not a thing I normally would ever be a part of but I believe the public should know about this robbery because that's what it is...I believe there is a local company charging 69 dollars for a tune up so go there.. I did not even get a tune up...A few squirts of oil and 10 minutes 170 plus tax.Do not use this company until they come back to earth and stop taking advantage of the "everything is going up like crazy "verbiage.. I agree but almost 3 times the competitor!Uncalled for..You just lost a very loyal customer.. And as long as a company is fair I will be loyal I have all the same company I've used for over 25 years of home ownership in my phone..Goodbye Overhead doors.

They came to our site, we had a specific need to fix our substandard Rohnert Park driveway (If you live in RP you know...). The team knew our construction fail in the initial driveway install, they also had a plan for adobe soil and put not 1 but 2 plastic barriers. A construction pal Saw the rebar and commented on it being overbuilt - which was a good thing. Not satisfied with one visit they came back again and took more measurements. The team showed a week later and bam, in 4 days this was done. We have a small issue to grind down but even then with the job done they came here on a Saturday and figured out how to fix a small area. Finally, I chose a standard finish and they gave me extra. Love these guys...and if you read my reviews you will see I don't live a lot of places! Hire them!
