I use Yelp for just about everything, and a quick look at the reviews on Yelp for Grants Pass pointed me toward AirTec Heating & Air. I made a phone call and AirTec showed up at my home the very next day. Within minutes of inspecting my AC system, AirTec diagnosed the problem and said it would take one to two days to obtain the needed part depending on if it was in stock or not. Two days later, AirTec returned with the necessary part and installed it. During the installation, they discovered the central air conditioning system in my house was not wired correctly, and they fixed that too. I don't write very many reviews on Yelp, but the reviews I read about AirTec were spot on, and I was very happy I chose them. My air conditioning system is working fine once again and I would recommend AirTec to anyone.

He is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and takes the time to explain what is going on. He recommended keeping my thermostat set at 72 degrees so the HVAC system does not have to work as hard. He also advised me to leave all the vents open throughout the house rather than closing off individual rooms. Those practical tips were very helpful and showed that he genuinely cares about helping customers maintain their systems--not just completing a service call. I highly recommend Eric and Valley Heating and Air to anyone in the Grants Pass and surrounding areas who needs AC or heating service.
