I have been waiting 7 weeks to have my oven repaired under my home warranty from Cinch. The technician came out and determined the parts that were needed. He stated it could be up to 2 weeks to receive the parts. We are now 5 weeks past that date. I have repeatedly sent texts to Absolute. The responses I have received are that the parts are not in yet and I will be contacted when they arrive. There has been zero follow up communication with me. I called the home warranty company, Cinch, yesterday. Their service representative was on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to reach someone at Absolute without success. I just now tried to call Absolute. They are not answering their phones. I finally reached a bot and left a message. If I could leave zero stars for this rating, I would. I understand that there can be a delay in receiving parts. What is not acceptable is being ignored by Absolute. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. This place will wait multiple weeks to send anyone out, not send the person with the part you specifically said was needed, have to "order" the part and wait another week for it to come in when you could purchase for less than $20 at Lowe's. Then they will finally set a time window and you take off work and arrange for someone to be home and then just never show up because the repair person doesn't even have the part they ordered. They do not answer the phone, you can talk to their AI robot but they will never call you back. I have left four voicemails and nothing. Nothing but inconvenience and a lack of respect for people's time and lack of communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Extremely poor service. After three service calls, Eric has not fixed my NEW refrigerator. He blames Frigidaire for the issues. Frigidaire states that Eric reported that the appliance has been fixed. It has not. Frigidaire even said that he "is lying". I attempted to discuss this ongoing issue with Eric, and he stated that it was between me and Frigidaire, refusing to call Frigidaire to try to resolve the concern. The file number that Eric provided me was for someone else, according to Frigidaire. Eric hung up the phone on me after refusing to help resolve the miscommunication with Frigidaire. This issue could have been resolved if Eric had made a call to Frigidaire to address the miscommunication. Absolute Best Appliance takes no responsibility at all. I would seriously suggest you avoid Absolute Best Appliance. Dr. Julee Poole read more

Paid over $500 for a part to be replaced in my dryer (that was only 4 years old) for it to stop working again before the year was up. I tried text/email and calling the the establishment multiple times in a 9 day period just to see if there was any kind of warranty or what could be done. Husband had to go in person for them to tell him they only have a 30 day warranty and the parts do not have a manufacture warranty so they can't replace or fix it and that we may as well buy a new dryer. I wish I had just done that from the beginning instead of wasting $565 on a part and labor that didn't even work. read more

I had an issue with my Frigidaire stove and ABA sent a tech out quickly. He diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and had the parts on order. When he returned, he had the parts installed and problem solved in 15 minutes. Absolute Best indeed. I would STRONGLY recommend this business for all of your warranty and service call needs. read more

Absolute Best Appliance so called repaired this washer dryer combo through a warranty company at a rental house of mine in Clarksville TN. The washer only had 2 pairs of jeans in it and still has the same issues since the repair. It walks across the room no matter if it's a full load or a towel. This was all explained to them. Talked to the original tech named Eric the day I scheduled the second repair visit and he immediately started to dismiss my claim saying it was the floor in the house. I sent him a video after the initial repair and then he began to tell me it was an unbalanced load. Told him it was only 2 pairs of jeans and he began to tell me that was the reason it was unbalanced. I told him I didn't think that was the case and he refused to serve me. Said I was being hostile lol. Called for a manager or owner there and Eric text me back to tell me to get with the warranty company that he was the manager and I needed to get someone else for the repair. In the process of that now. I'll update the problem once I find a competent repair company. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST should be their name. I think, in the entirety of my 37 years of living, I have never received the most incompetent "service" imaginable. Not only did they not fix the issue, but they refused to come back out when it broke 5 hours after the tech left and made me schedule another appt which was a week apart. I am going on week 5 with no washing machine bc they keep dickong me around. Telling me they ordered some BS part...there is no reason it should take 2 weeks for a machine that's BRAND NEW TO ARRIVE! There is ZERO "ABSOLUTE" ZERO communication. They never and I mean that literally they NEVER pick up the phone. The techs are just as clueless and have no answers. I'm going to cut my loses and buy a new washing machine bc it's not worth the fix. I hope this company goes out of business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. And if you're using this company through warranty...lol...yeah you won't actually receive service bc you are not a priority. read more

Who makes a labor period different than a warranty period on a new part... Ridiculous Called about my heating element failing, which they replaced less than 6 months ago. Told them that they had replaced the part and that we thought it was went bad, again. We scheduled to have technician come out. (Which we are thinking is covered) HERE'S WHAT WAS MESSED UP... they didn't look up our account history while making the appointment to OBVIOUSLY check when the work was done in order to know if it was covered. (By saying it was replaced by them, is the obvious reference). They came, pressed 9 buttons, and said your Dryer isn't drying.... I replied, "I know, that is why I called." Do you have the part to fix it, to which he replied no. It will take 5-10 business days and you owe 80 for today.... for a covered item??? Your receipt from 110 days ago says your part has a 90 day warranty and 30 days labor warranty... WHAT'S EVEN MORE MESSED UP... if the part fails on day 35, they will bring you a part as a replacement (maybe charge you for visit) and then you have to put in the part... Can you imagine going to a mechanic, having your transmission replaced with a 1 year warranty and the transmission fail 6 months later. When you tow your vehicle to them thinking that they will replace it, they say, "we have a 3 month labor warranty and you will have to put it in yourself, or have to pay to have it done again?" Who asks if a labor warranty period is different than a part warranty period, and even if it is, does the labor period only apply to fixed appliances, not item replacement (warranty period)? I called and asked them if they repaired LG refrigerators and they said yes. After much discussion about the error code and the fact that I had already manually defrosted the refrigerator as suggested by the LG app, we set a repair date. The technician arrived and confirmed it wasn't a frozen fan issue but required a fan replacement. He provided me with a repair estimate and said it could take 5 to ten business days to get the part. Later in the day I received a call where I was told they couldn't get the part. After some discussion as to why, it turns out they are not an authorized service center for LG and they had previously applied but were turned down. So I ended up paying over $90 for a service call when they knew they couldn't get parts. I consider this company dishonest and will never call them again. read more

Called them out, they seemed extremely nice and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, definitely don't believe the quote was in any way trying to take advantage. Unfortunately they don't accept home warranties and I couldn't have them do any work but I was confident in them had they been able to accept the warranty. read more

This company is a nightmare. I have to post this to warn the public. Home Depot in Clarksville contracts this company to install and repair their ovens / stoves. BEWARE! This company has no idea what they are doing and their staff is super rude. I cooked one meal on one burner with one pan on my brand new GE stove. Boiling food in a a pan one time destroyed the burner. When it was done cooking and I removed the pan there were all kinds of scratches and marks. I can see the metal under the surface after cooking in one pan. I am terrified to use it again as what will happen????!!!!! Will it take up the entire burner and look d? it's obviously defective. They made it wrong some how. The man Absolute Best sent to my home blamed me. He said I couldn't use my 10 yr old pans. I used them on my last stove- same stove top and it never took up the finish. I told him that. Also he mentioned a $1250 isn't a $10,000 stove. I guess since I'm not rich- I deserve a lemon. I can't imagine all $1,250 stoves get destroyed with one cooked pan. He showed me $300 pans I should use. My family is starving- so I now in invested in $300 pans and am praying they don't C destroy the top. I am terrified but my family must eat. A lady called me from this company. She was equally rude. she kept saying she was trying to "help" me but all she was saying was it was my fault. lol. This woman thinks that is "help." " Help "is reporting this to GE and making sure I get a stove that is going to work and cook food for my family and not destroy the stove top. Not everyone has $10,000 for a stove as the repair man suggested. Or $300 for pans. I told him they should let youthis company sent the repair man's report to GE. They most likely messed up me getting a nice - good - non defective stove. I went to Home Depot and they said this never should have happened no matter what pan I used and the stove absolutely was manufactured with a defect. They said GE should absolutely replace it. They have a one year manufacturers warranty. I'm hoping Absolute Best Appliance and their horrible business practices didnt mess this up for me. If they did- they cost me $1250! I will have to buy a new stove. I can't use this one.. I'm going to report this horrible customer service to Home Depot and the BBB. The rude woman who works there asked me not to post these online. Ha! Ha! Wild horses couldn't stop me. I don't do this often but when a company costs a consumer possibly $1250, I'm posting this everywhere!!! She told me it's not their companies fault. I told her her rude behavior and the rudeness of the repair man is 100% their faults. Their non caring attitudes and lack of ability to understand their jobs and perform them correctly is their faults. I am posting! Beware!!!! Stay away from this terrible company. Go to Lowes if Home Depot continues to use them. If buying from Home Depot and you get a call from this company to install it RUN. -return it! It's not worth it. Save your money and avoid the headache. Shop somewhere else with employees who care about their customers. These don't. Nasty - These people are just nasty. I now need to deal with this with GE! Let's hope Absolute Appliance didn't mess everything up. I just have a feeling they did. read more

We recently had an issue with our dryer. ABA was very prompt in coming to access. They needed to order a part with an estimated 3-5 days to receive. They got the part and was here to install immediately. They were great, very professional, friendly, and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised to have the owner doing the work. Our little dog even liked him. We highly recommend ABA for all appliances. read more

These guys are criminals. Do not use them. This is the absolute worst experience in trying to get our washing machine fixed. Do not use this company, they are rude and dishonest and will swindle you out of your money. We contacted them a week ago to fix our washing machine. They came out and said they needed to order a part. They came back to install the part a week later. My wife came home and tried to run a load of laundry but the washer was still broken. She called Absolute Best Appliance and it turns out they didn't even fix the washing machine. They serviced the dryer which had nothing wrong with it. The office manager, Lori, claimed that I called to have the dryer fixed even though on their work order it says "does not drain in spin cycle". Not only did they claim that we had asked for the dryer to be fixed, but Lori was absolutely rude to my wife on the phone. My wife asked Lori to call me but she refused because she was "getting off of work in 5 minutes". My wife asked her if she could use those five minutes to explain to me what the technician had come to the house to do and she said, "why do I need to do that? What's the problem? you asked us to fix the dryer. He can call tomorrow" she was clearly trying to waste time and avoid calling me to explain why they came out and charged us a lot of money to fix something that didn't need to be fixed and leave our washing machine broken. My wife asked Lori to not waste time (Lori said she now has "two minutes") talking to her and to please talk to me and even said "my husband is trying to call you right now". As my wife is having this conversation with Lori, she is telling me to call the office immediately. I do, but no answer. I call repeatedly and no answer. Clearly avoiding any kind of resolution to us as a paying customer. This is clearly criminal since we had already paid them money to fix something clearly stated and even evident on their work order, called to file a complaint, and instead of addressing the issue, they did not answer the phone. They stole our money. Meanwhile, we continue hand washing our infant baby's clothes and burp rags as we have been for the last week. To cap it off, on the checks (that they cashed) from us for the repairs it distinctly says "washing machine", and I also told them I would place the payment on the broken washing machine. This business need to be shut down immediately. We plan on filing a complaint and contacting the BBB. Listen to the negative reviews, do not let these criminals take your money read more
