The Lee Company has a great deal of makeup work to do to retrieve their reputation with me. After putting my faith in them, becoming a subscriber and using them for plumbing help, I have had the following experience: I had a shower that was not draining and we called the Lee Company to come and check it. The initial two technicians who came were very nice, very honest and gave us a fair price for the repair. All that remained was for a person to come and complete the tile work. We were promised and set up an appointment days in advance to have the technician come at 8 AM. I received a call about 10 AM saying they had had a problem with the truck and had to take it back for repair. Understandable. However, at 1 PM still no one had come and no one had called. When my wife called to check, someone said that they had come to the gate of our gated community and did not receive any notice so they went away. They did not try to call me, the gate automatically caused my phone. Being in the hospital, I had nothing to do but answer a phone.. They did not try to call my wife. I am in the hospital having to deal with this stress. I had canceled my subscription with Lee Company once before, due to a concern over high pricing of parts that could be found at 1/3 the price.. This company, and these technicians knew of the predicament my wife and I were in. They did little to make things right. Consequently, the technician is now supposed to come the next day. Never mind that my wife had rearranged her life so that she could come tend to me at the hospital but other things as well so that she could be present when they arrived. This is typical of a fly-by-night company not someone with the reputation that Lee Company supposedly enjoys. Scheduled an appointment online with this Lee Company to get help with my heating system. Appointment was scheduled between 8-10am. Called at 9am to verify tech is coming. Was told absolutely. It's 1:05pm and still no tech. Called and now being told it's been rescheduled for two days out. No phone, no text. Just 5 hours of wasted time. I'd get any other company besides this one. You'll be wasting your time with Lee Company. read more

For several years had Lee Co's home maintenance program. It was a mixed experience as most of the time the techs were pressured by the company to up-sell products not needed when there was nothing else needed in the home. Last February Lee Co did replace a heat pump, but has never returned to check the installation... Recently contacted the company for plumbing needs in a new home: toilet replacement, HVAC replacement, hot water heater replacement, etc... Lee Co was too busy to return my 5 voice messages and 4 emails and 3 text messages. So, I cancelled the home maintenance program since it increased in price. Bryan noted mold/mildew on condenser. Recommended cleaning and UV-C light installation. My allergy symptoms have been pretty bad and I am allergic to molds. Our 15 year old HVAC finally kicked the bucket. Lee Co helped us with the repair-or-buy-new decision and provided data to aid our decision. They installed a new unit and fixed the slowed supply and return air plenum configuration at no additional cost. The new ductwork is a thing of beauty; Jeffrey is the Michelangelo of sheet steel. Nathan replaced undersized wiring at a reasonable price. Josh loaned us a portable AC until our new unit was installed. It's like a shiny new Lexus and very quiet compared to the previous chainsaw startup noise provided by our old unit. Definitely recommend Lee Company for prompt, quality, reasonably priced solutions. Service scheduling was not only quick (they even had same day available) but flexible. The scheduling window was narrow -- they did not make me block out a 12 hour window during which they "might arrive", but booked and arrived within a 30-minute window. The driver of this truck was very aggressive and tried to run myself and my 75-year-old mother off the road near Dunbar Cave on Warfield. He yelled profanities and honked his horn which scared my mother quite a bit and was very aggressive towards us. We had to swerve and go off of the road and come back on just to avoid being hit by him. I have called several times over the last week to report this to the Lee company and they have not responded to any of my calls and seemed not to be very concerned about the safety of the people of Clarksville. I feel very fortunate that I have never had to call this company as I would hate to have an individual like this in my house, I'm sure he does it in his private vehicle if he does it in the work truck and I would highly recommend a review of his standing with my company if he was my employee. They may show up and do work but when it's time to get something fixed or there's a complaint you're non-existent and that is one of the things that I cannot stand about a business. read more

We use Lee Company and twice a year they check Heating/AC and out electrical. This is a straight forward company with honest service personnel. I also like very much receiving a military discount when we need work to be done. They call ahead, put covers on shoes for entering the house, review everything, take photos, and explain everything as detailed as you would like. Even when work is required or they find something they don't do a hard sell. They may say this has to be done or they may say you might want to schedule this as this should be done every say 5 years for duct cleaning. Then they can give you the price and you can decide on the scheduling. Taking pics of my A/C or him standing next to the unit would do little to aid this review. The proof is in the satisfaction. We are totally satisfied. read more

I had odor coming from my intake air vent the the air condition service man did a wonderful job changed the duct leading from the intake and added part that did the job. I was very please it solved the problem. it cost almost two thousand dollars it was worth it to me because the others was unable to find the problem. I then bought the service contract about two hundred dollars or more for electric and plumber and air condition service for maybe a couple years I can't remember, I am eighty years old also a widow . But when service time came they called to set up an appointment and the plumber came and starting inspecting faucets and showers. I didn't know I had to pay for any work they done so I didn't have anything done, then he was going to flush my hot water tank but broke a cutoff on top of my water tank and was going to charge 300 dollars to fix it i had him to shut off the water at the meter and had my handy man repair it for a lot less money. I didn't let the electrician come and asked for a refund they had me talk to a supervisor who said he couldn't find a service contract and would call me back and never did so I called and asked for air condition service but was told my contract had expired. So I was out of my contract fee and a cost for a broken hot water heater cutoff that the plumber broke. read more

Lee Company has already been to our home twice: to add a supply line for a gas dryer and to perform routine maintenance on the HVAC systems. On both calls the technicians called when enroute and arrived early in their scheduled windows. All work accomplished in a timely fashion. Both teams cleaned up things before they left. Prices were reasonable. I even signed up for an annual service plan. Good folks! read more
