Called for service on a mail order treadmill that never worked. The lady who answered (owner's…read morewife?) was super nice and despite social distancing tried to get someone out the same or next day. The tech, Brandon (owner?) actually got scheduled for that Saturday morning, then I asked about my heater. She had me speak with Brandon who explained what my problem was, gave a solution and said there was no need for anyone to look at it unless the issue didn't get resolved by his solution. We woke up late the morning Brandon was supposed to come out so I called to see if we could get him to come back. There was a confusion as to the need for a visit, as he thought it was for the heater, so he came right out, fixed the treadmill, and didn't charge because of the mix up! Sweet, clean, safe and professional. Recommended.
