Boy, did I make a huge mistake!! He'll ruin your vehicle or say he fixed something that didn't even need fixing & charge you a huge amount. I parked my car just outside your shop. I was not certain that your Gardner Illinois shop worked on cars. I was parked less than two minutes wondering my next move (my tire now flat) when you, Jeff, came outside your shop, walked towards me and said, "I can help you." Even typing those words I can feel all weight lifted from my shoulders. What a gift. Thank you. I said, "How do you know?" and you replied, " You look a bit lost." We chatted, Jeff grabbed a patch kit and he patched that decently sized tire hole. My day was saved. I am grateful for you- the owner- being so observant and breaking from your busy routine to check on a stranger. It has renewed my faith in the kindness of others. Thank you for your instinctually kind self. I bet I could visit 40 different shops and probably never meet the owner, they may not even be in the building. I will share with others about how kind and fair you are, Jeff. I wish you the most wonderful success in your business.
