Cannot say enough good things about this business and their entire staff. They made a usually nerve wracking experience, easy and seamless. All of the sales associates are knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions with ease without being pushy or forcing you into a deal (which is oh so common). They listed a car l have been looking for on Craigslist. Since l live more than 250 miles l called them and asked every question l could think of before traveling 6 hours. When l got there, the car was in "shambles". Ripped upholstery, dead battery, and off color spray paint that put "blotches" all over the car exterior that you couldn't see in the pictures. Even the nose of the car was missing a lot of hardware. It was barely attached to the car. I asked why they didn't point this out over the phone. I have removed one star because of difficulty getting my license plates. When I purchased my vehicle I told them that the address on my license is old, don't send the plates there, and provided the correct address. Nevertheless, my plates were sent to the old address. The post office told me to have them returned to the dealer (forwarding expired) and then sent to the correct address. I called and explained this, was originally told by the office it wouldn't be a problem. Now they seem to have forgotten this conversation (even though it's the same person, Danny), and are complaining about having to resend them, why didn't I go pick them up at the (wrong) post office. We'll see if they call back and agree to make their error right by sending to the correct address. If not they're losing another star for poor customer service. read more

I would have left less than one star, but there is not option. This place gives the definition to a shady used car dealership. I was only allowed a 2 minute test drive with the unfriendly salesman and I learned why after I paid and pulled out of the lot. The car broke down and wouldn't start three miles down the road after paying, then three more times on the way home. I spent $2,500 for a used 2001 Volkswagen Jetta TDI that does not run and the window will not roll back up. The waiting area was cold and looked like a dirty tattoo shop. I should have known at that point not to deal with these people. The salespeople do not know anything about the cars they sell and do not have a mechanic on site. I drove over 2.5 hours from Pennsylvania to look at a vehicle. I got there at 10:03 AM. The place was supposed to be open at 10:00 AM but there was a locked chain across the entrance and sign on door read, CLOSED. I called the phone number and a man answered. I asked if they were open and the man replied, "Yes". I replied, "I am outside of the property and the placed is locked up. Man said that someone will be there shortly. After a few minutes, 2 men who looked like thugs were walking on route 130. They looked like they tried to open up the lock. One of them walked towards the dealer building and came back with a propane torch. Maybe the lock was frozen, I don't know and I didn't care. I put my car in gear and raced back towards the Pennsylvania border. I wasted fuel, time, and turnpike toll money on that fiasco. From my own experience and from what I read about this outfit my advice is to not walk away from this place but RUN. Better yet, save your time and/or money and stay away. read more

Do not believe the positive reviews. This place has terrible salesmen and terrible cars. All the cars need jumps. The salesmen ask for our license walking into the office. No one came out to greet us. One of the salesmen argued with me in front of other customers. Another salesmen made my son who was buying the car sit in the back during the test drive, telling us he didn't want to sit in the back. The sales representative was very friendly when I was there, but the moment I called to inform them that the vehicle was not functional, the customer service was horrible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I drove two hours to check out a Jeep SRT8 that was listed on Auto Trader for $16k. When I got to the place, I the Jeep was behind two little cars which would've needed to be moved in order for me to test drive it. While looking at the jeep, i noticed the price tag on it said $20K (not the same price as auto trader) not only that, the car has some peeled leather coming off of the center console which were not shown in the pictures. I'm almost sure that they posted fake pictures on auto trader. The Jeep also looked like it had been sitting untouched and hadn't been driven in over a year. The tires were extremely low and looked almost flat. Anyways, I went up to one of the car salesman (big Italian guy) and asked for the keys. He asked me if I was going to buy today and I said "no just want to test drive" and he said "I'm not pulling it out unless you're buying today" so I laughed and walked away. What a terrible car salesman and what a sketchy place. I will never recommend that place to anyone. Car salesman was a total prick who i will never give my business to. I'll never be back.
