After dealing with one technician that kept calling someone to give him help over the phone, trying to work on the oven while it was still connected to power (and actually electrocuted himself), ordering wrong parts and having to come back to our house numerous times, we finally decided to look for someone else and my husband found Smart Choice Appliance. From the first visit, Luke was very professional, knowledgeable and fixed the mess the GE technician left behind. Since then, Luke has been our go-to guy. Him and his staff are easy to deal with remotely, their fees are very fair and Luke is very honest. When you first call them, they will ask you questions to see if maybe it's not even a repair issue - something that can easily be resolved. And once Luke comes out and diagnoses the issue, he will honestly tell you your options. Sometimes those options will mean that he doesn't make any money, but he believes may be the best solution for you.
