However, the last 2 times have been 2 separate ladies. The first of those was Kalpana's sister, who was very nice, but missed a lot of spots. The most recent (today) was someone else I'd never met before. She shaped well, but kept poking me in the other eye with her knuckles. Someone else came in and she appeared to rush on me and missed a bit in the middle. When lotioning she used way too much and it got in my eyes. She also had a bit of an attitude and wasn't very nice?
