I always get my eyebrows threaded here. They are very clean and precise in their method. Their prices are affordable. They also do eyelash extensions, threading or waxing on your face, as well as facials. You don't need an appointment. They have a Groupon for eyebrow threading as well. There's usually not that long of a wait. The most I've probably waited was 10 minutes and that was some time in the evening. They are also open late till 8 PM which is very convenient. Came here earlier today to get some threading done. The Pros - Not crowded on a Saturday afternoon and the establishment was pretty clean. The best part was the threading itself. The threader was thorough and took her time, which I appreciated. She did an amazing job. The Cons - The threader did not apply hand sanitizer beforehand. I actually had to mention it to prompt her to do so before we started because I did not see her apply any. They do not wear gloves here as well. I was also up-charged $2 extra dollars to thread a part of my face. She did state the up-charge right before she went to that part of my face, but I have been getting threaded at many places in both VA/MD and this is the first time I've been charged more for that part of my face. Guess it was a lot for her lol I'll also note that it's cheaper to pay cash versus card. I ended up paying via card, but she did advise $1 difference if I did pay cash. I'd give this place close to 3.5 stars based on my experience today. The threading itself was the highlight today! read more

Great 1st experience with Manju! I called ahead on a Monday to see if they accept same day appointments. I easily found parking in the lot. Manju allowed me to bring in my own strip lashes - I only needed lashes for the day. She showed me the options for individual lashes which I plan to do next time. She threaded and tinted my lashes. I was in and out in 30 minutes - $39. She was very professional and friendly. Definitely going to be a return customer. read more

This was my first visit here and I took along with me my mom and husband. I wanted it to be a girl's treat. The place was easy to locate and I even called ahead because I had some questions. The woman on the phone was nice enough to give me a price rundown as well as explain how the eyebrow tinting would work. For $22 each we could get our eyebrows threaded and tinted, I'd be foolish not to try it. The place was spacious and the music gave it a comforting feel to the place. I believe I got Mandu on my brows and she was Excellent! She shaped them really nicely and they look great now. And my mom's look awesome too! This is my new favorite spot now! read more

Would not honor my Groupon after COVID lockdown. I had two left they would only let me use one. On another occasion I happened to be in the area (I don't live near their location I'm 20 miles away) and stopped in at 6:58 ( closing hours posted was 7:00) on a Saturday with no one in the shop. And attendant would not serve me saying they were closed because she was counting cash. I was using a card to pay but she still refused. When I pointed out they should've still been able to serve me she said she was going to change sign???? Customer service is NOT a priority here. read more
