I think I might also have pretty sensitive, delicate skin that gets irritated/inflamed easily. But I was (really) sore around my eyebrows for like 2-3 days, and seemed to get some bruising. So taking off one star for that. Some hairs were already growing back by day 4. But I do still appreciate the aloe gel at the end (I bought my own 99% pure aloe gel - highly recommend that you do to!) Very quick, welcoming and no frills service. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was promptly greeted and seated (there was maybe only one other client). There were two eyebrow technicians it seems and one lady at the front desk. They are a walk-in only clinic. The space was compact but clean. Kamal, who did my eyebrow threading was very nice. The service was done in maybe less than 10 minutes - they will have you pull your skin tight around your eyebrow area for them. And yes, for first timers it will pinch (I winced a few times) but nothing unbearable. The service was quick and good - my brows look clean and sharp, so clearly the ladies here are very skilled! There is also an aloe cream that they apply at the end to soothe the area. This was all for $14. So if you are looking for something very reasonably priced, efficient, and no frills this is the place!

It was the first time I wasn't disappointed even in the slightest. I'm so happy to have found Coco! I've been driving up to an hour for lashes based on my friends' recommendations and didn't realize I had such a quality lash service right near me all along. Kechia did my nanobladed brows this spring. I had some old cosmetic tattoo work done to my brows…read morethat was fading after a few years, and the pigment was starting to turn a red color that was distinguishable underneath my brown eyebrow hairs. Kechia recommended nanoblading to cover this previous work and I was happy to take her recommendation. Everyone always wants to know about the pain level. I have a number of regular body art tattoos and I do not think that cosmetic tattooing feels the same. The needle feels thinner and scratchier, almost like a cat is bored and lackadaisically scratching at your eyebrows. Luckily the numbing agent they use after the first pass made it so I didn't feel a thing. Overall, I think it's very tolerable, and the results are worth it. During my touch up appointment we ended up having to go a bit darker in terms of color because the pesky red from my old cosmetic tattoos was fighting to show through. Luckily the touch up did the trick and those suckers are finally covered! Hooray! I had several friends and coworkers who noticed something was different right away and asked what kind of makeup I was using to get my brows so perfect. ;) My new brows were worth every penny. I can't recommend Kechia and Brows & Co enough!

So, I ended up with whoever was free, and it was pretty obvious why they weren't already booked. I made a last-minute appointment for a quick manicure, and I got stuck with Vivian, who gave me one of the worst manicures ever. It felt like she didn't want to be there at all. All I wanted was my cuticles trimmed and nails shaped--no gel, dip, tips, just my natural nails. That wasn't her vibe. She skipped the buffing block and did a lousy job filing and shaping. I even had to remind her to make my nails the same length, which she huffed about. When I washed my hands, she asked if I wanted clear nail polish. I said no, and she said, "You're done." I had to ask about the warm towel and hand lotion, and she brought those out all begrudgingly. I paid in cash, and she just walked off when I asked for change to leave a tip. So, I ended up leaving my tip at the front desk, which is incredible since I've been coming here for years. I hope they provide her with some customer service training.

5/2/25: Yelp seems to have a photo issue. To see all screenshots and harassment, my Google Guide…read morereview includes those: https://g.co/kgs/LttMo7h While I did not fully read this business owner's rambling, incoherent response, I did scan it briefly and saw she suggested that she told me to see a dermatologist. Interesting since I've long had one and use prescription shampoo from my dermatologist at my hair appointments. A cosmetology license would be useful, and might teach this unlicensed stylist that spreading lies about a person's health online is additional grounds for harassment charges. This is the last warning I will give before contacting law enforcement. I also would never take medical advice from a self-professed conspiracy theorist who by her own admission does not vaccinate her children, during a time when measles is spreading in the U.S, more than we've seen in decades -- an outbreak that began due to unvaccinated children in Texas. I was not going to elaborate on the damage, but seems I should. My LICENSED hair stylist friend had to remove glue out of most of my hair. I have photos and videos of my hair previously -- before this unlicensed stylist talked me into trying a frontal. I have new hair loss all over my head because the glue was extremely difficult to remove, See attached photo. The frontal install was terrible and showed lack of skill because my real hair was not protected. My licensed hair stylist friend is willing to testify about this damage and said he knew this person was unlicensed by the terrible frontal/sew-in install. Now off to enjoy my weekend! I originally did not share all of my documentation but this person seems unhinged. I will let the evidence speak for itself. I am done with this unlicensed stylist -- unless it becomes clear I need to contact law enforcement and file for for a peace order, which I'm seriously considering. I will include the screenshots from her last unhinged response if I do so. Potential customers: Ask yourself if this is the temperament you want in a hair stylist -- someone willing to slander clients online for telling the truth about how they were treated. -- 5/1/25 Adding additional screenshots to refute more lies from this business owner, who continues to not take accountability. I will not reply further, as a "business" that operates this way is not worth my time. The way she speaks says more than any additional info I can provide.
