I laid there with some cold things over my eyes for a good 15 minutes with no communication or any sort of relaxing rub or anything. Just laid and waited... She rubbed very vigorously and I couldn't breathe through my nose a few times. When I was waiting, she was eating something behind me. Just felt very unprofessional. I didn't know it was also in the basement of a home and it was cold and noisy. I could hear vacuuming and loud noises from the upstairs. She is efficient, listens to her clients, and does what she can to ensure you achieve the lash look you want. She's a great conversationalist and makes you feel like you're hanging out with a dear friend. Most importantly, she does EXCELLENT work and my lashes last 3-4 weeks! I personally have very particular about the natural look - I typically get D curl and 0.12 thickness lashes which is NOT a commonly stocked lash. Nina still did what she could to give me a natural look and then specifically ordered 0.12 thickness lashes just for me! I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
