We hired Brent for a handful of handyman jobs around our house. As per our tenant he was very…read moreaccommodating, friendly, and did great work. All communication to set up the work, as well as the billing and paying process was smooth. We will definitely hire B and R Handyman Services again, once we need handyman help. Thanks a million Brent.

Disclaimer: I did not hire them to assemble my storage shed, so this review is based on their quote…read moreand not from in-person interaction. He quoted me $1000 to put it together. (!) This is a 4' X 8' simple shed, vinyl, and I have the pavers and the plywood for the foundation. The manufacturer estimates a 2 to 4 hour job. So $1000 would be a $500-$250 an hour charge! Hoo wee! I spent $900 on all the materials. Others quoted $250-$400 to do the job. Sorry, I can't recommend their handyman services. So take this review as if I went to a store, found that they were charging $16 for a gallon of milk. I didn't buy the milk, but I certainly cannot recommend buying that store's milk. And if you would read the owner's comments to the 1 and 2 star reviews including this one, the tone of his voice is telling. When a business receives a bad rating or review or a customer complaint, it is a great opportunity to make good and create immense good will, not only with the customer in question, but for anyone reading the review and how it was handled. More business owners would do well to learn this lesson. ***UPDATE So the owner then sends me a personal message to further berate me. This is unprofessional and childish behavior. I hardly write any 1 star reviews, but when a business owner is unprofessional, immature, and way overpriced, it leaves me no choice. Be cautious about hiring him. Do your homework and get other quotes. ***UPDATE (AGAIN) He changed his reply to this review from the negative one he originally posted. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I cannot put in writing how many mistakes I made when I hired this young person .I had my chance to…read moredeny his business when, after signing . that's when the young Owner announced he acrually goes to school in Phoenix, far away and would be back on Weekemds to visit my job once a week. Ouch. The Rainbird Sprinkler had Four Zones. so he decided the 4 port Sprinkler should be in back of our home. Then, his worker installs, only one zone from back of our home underground and, sets this one zone to front of House and, prior to his install of Pavers. I had no notice or clue he connected to one zone. to be continued....

The 2 workers that came were very professional. They put up 18 ceramic tiles (which I purchased)…read morefor a backsplash behind my stove and I had a water spicket with a slow drip in my backyard that I needed to be fixed. They were there for an hour and half. I thought the job was going to take a lot longer for the price! I had to call them back because my tiles were higher on one side. When I checked my water spicket it was so small and wobbly with very little pressure when I turn it on. The spicket cost around $10.00 at Lowe's or Home Depot because I checked. I can't even get my hose to screw on to it so it's basically useless for me. You have to call the office to pay when they're thru. They charged me $650 dollars for an hour and a half job which I thought was extremely high. I'm a widow living on Social Security and I feel like they took advantage of me! I will not use them again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
