But the day before yesterday I called first thing in the morning to get my attorneys information so I can get a pre settlement loan the rep was so disrespectful and at one point he even mocked me before he hung up on me. When I tried call back they didn't answer. So if I can find out who I can talk to about this because as a client I feel the way the situation was handled wasn't right. Especially if I requested to speak with a supervisor. Instead of doing what was requested of him, he asked why? He started getting aggressive when I kept asking him to transfer me to the supervisor and mocked me like I was wasting his time. I filed a claim using this group back in mid February and it was nothing short of frustrating. The lack of communication was the biggest red flag for me. It also took them several weeks to send a demand letter, only to find they had sent it to the wrong company. They also will ask for HALF of your settlement, which I found later that the industry standard is 30%. No guidance given as far as the process for the settlement request. I also had no idea what amount was being asked as a settlement. I was told I could request any amount I thought was fair, only to find out later that the amount I wanted would have required litigation. The people who answer the phone are never able to get a hold of an actual attorney, they read from a script and can't answer direct questions pertaining to your case. Lots of call back promises without anyone ever calling back. Very unprofessional. I ended up hiring a different attorney that I have been very pleased with so far. read more

I see a lot of negative reviews. I called them a week ago. My case was filed with workers comp board today. I don't expect someone to answer every call but to reply promptly which they have. Filing a workmans comp claim like any other requires your participation. I called them and told them my circumstances. They called back said I had a fair case we would file. They asked me to do a couple online tasks before they could file. I did them. They sent filing paperwork today I signed and it has been filed. We shall see how it proceeds. My experience with this law group is horrible! The lack of communication Is just phenomenal! I am blown away by their lack of. It has been two months since anyone has returned a call or has told me anything about my case, since I told them I wanted to settle. I keep calling and getting the guy on the phone that tells me the same bs every time. I have called so many times I am now on first name basis with him. Just kidding about that part but however. I was never informed of the first settlement that was offered. They refused it without even asking me. I only learned of it in the deposition from the opposing party. Then I asked my attorney to take the settlement offered in the deposition and that still not happen. Instead I got a phone call 3 weeks later from a different attorney asking me about things and i informed him that we were suppose to have been taking the deal and that never happened. So I asked him to move forward and except the deal, he was very nice but that was the one and only time I ever talked to him. He doesn't answer my calls or return my calls, I got one email a month later from the settlement case manager said she got my papers a week ago and just waiting for the ok to send them to me and that was a month ago and haven't been able to get anyone but habeeb on the phone since then. I am frustrated and I have expressed to them my financial situation and things of that sort and they just do not seem to care. I will never use this firm again nor will I recommend them again to anyone. I have recommended them before and sent them a couple other people as well but I will no longer do that. I would like to fire them all the way around and report their behaviors to the state board honestly. This is a churn-and-burn firm that only wants the lowest hanging fruit for the least amount of work. Let's start with a quick list of issues here, and then I'll dive in: 1. They will *not* litigate your employment case, despite telling you that you've got a strong case on the intake. They're only here for collect 50% of your settlement money from the demand letter. If your old boss boss doesn't respond, they close the file and farm your case out to three other firms. This process can take up to SIX MONTHS and there's no gurantee any of those firms will accept it. 2. You cannot contact your attorney. If you ask for their number or email, you will be denied and told to contact your case manager, which would be fine BUT 3. Your case manager will not get back to you for love or money. You'll be stuck talking to customer service who can only give canned responses. 4. If you ask for a customer service manager, they will give the same canned responses while talking over you in a condescending tone. 5. Their rates are ASTRONOMICAL. 50% of settlement on labor cases for sitting around waiting for low-hanging fruit to settle and 15% of workman's comp. Now, that seems low comapred to 50% but I had to sign a waiver when my WC case settled stating I was OK with this because industry standard is 9-12% APPARENTLY THE JUDGE WONT APPROVE IT WITHOUT ME SIGNING OFF ON THOSE FEES BECAUSE THEYRE SO HIGH So, let's dig in. I called and got a pushy salesman whold told me they wouldn't take my case unless I signed up right away. As a sales weasel I knew it was bullshit, but I was also sick of interviewing lawfirms and I didn't like the others anyway. Plus this guy seemed thorough and pointed out my workman's comp case which I didn't know I could sue for. So I went for it. The guy agreed that my case was strong, and while he couldn't guarantee a positive outcome for me, he did agree that they couldn't do a lot of the things they did and there was a lot of wage theft. He explained the process of writing the demand letter, waiting, and then they'd litigate. HA! OK, so they filed the case against WC, set me up with some doctor's appointments (6 months out, which seemed odd but they told me it was the soonest they could get them). The case settled remarkably fast and for a decent amount, but then WC denied my claim and I can't talk to my lawyer about it because she won't call me back. Also, I have very specific questions about how payouts are handled based on previous experiences and they just give me canned answers even though managers have agreed that my questions are valid, my assumptions are correct, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ME OR GIVE USEFUL ANSWERS. they refuse to do the work to find out, and just give me patronizing pats on the head. Oh yeah, and WC denied my claim (despite th settlemen) so now I have doctor's appointments they won't pay for and I can't get ahold of my lawyer because, again, you don't get their number or email and they won't call you back. Now onto the employment case: After two months of not responding to the demand letter, they closed the case. When I called in to ask why I was told "Oh, they didn't respond." so I asked "So if an employer doesn't respond to a demand letter you just close the case?" "yes, but we refer those cases to other law firms to pick them up. don't worry". And yeah, it tkaes six months BECAUSE "we have a department that goes over ever bit of your case to refer them to the BEST lawfirms for YOU!" "Ok, but if there's only a demand letter and a thin file, how long does that really take to go over? There's literally almost nothing to read." I got a lot of silence from that. Also, if they know so much about their "partner firms" why does it take so long to match you up? this should be rote! I call bullshit on all of it. and guess what, OTHER FIRMS ARE NOW HESITANT TO TAKE THIS ON BECAUSE ANOTHER FIRM WROTE A DEMAND LETTER. LULZ. THANKS FOR FUCKING ME ABRAMSON. read more

As of 2-1-24 I want to warn folks to pay attention to the complaints here. I just asked to part ways with this law group yesterday. Here's my experience. I left my info in a social media ad. I eventually got a call from these folks I was told I'd be given a ten minute consult and agreed. Then told me I'm bringing in a tech or representative for the firm to go over these questions. I heard a click then this call will be recorded. I'd asked not to be recorded at all. I've talked to too many forms without that. Next they asked basic questions. Nothing of merit to the case. Then says we'll take it. While going through there paper work I disagreed immediately with we take 50% because, " We have 25 years in business and we fight for all possible penalties. All attorneys do I said. Well somehow I hit the send button while talking I only have one hand. I asked is this negotiable, because if it's just a demand letter sent, without litigation there shouldn't be 50% if my company settles. The young lady told me well you already signed the papers. I said no, my hand hit the display screen while we are talking, I didn't press send. I looked these people up and saw the reviews. I called other attorneys who told me workman's comp is up to 15% and for harassment and or discrimination there is up to 45% which is the common competitive rate. Here's the crazy part. I call back and tell a young man I don't want to do workman's comp with you. I just find someone with different rates. He says he understands and did I want him to delete my file. I said yes sir. And he says ok we'll take care of that for you. Later that night I decided to let them go all the way and emailed them. I was sent an email saying your file had been deleted for workman's comp, then another. Now mind you. These people straight up sent me a lie. Then there was Laura Inman a horrible thing. She was evasive, rude, condescending and a liar. She wrote down wrong information, they refused to give me any of my documents (QME Report, my workplace files, and etc.) The service they provided I still don't believe Laura is a lawyer that thing is very abusive with her words and never valued my time as a client. She said she had over 300 clients she was representing at the same time she was suppose to be representing me. How could she remember who was who and reviewed what you submitted to her. On several occasions she would say she didn't review my file in several months. I filled out a form and got a call back from a woman (who sounded like she could have been white... you'll see why this matters, keep reading) who's name was something like Laura. I couldn't speak with her at the moment and asked her to call me back 2-2.5 hours later. Never got the call back so I called them back 1 hour after I should have received my call back. I told the man on the phone I spoke with a woman, could I speak with her again? He transferred me to a woman who sounded like she could be Filipino (I know, because I'm part Filipino). I told her I spoke with someone else who's name I can't remember, but can I speak with her? She said yes and put me on the phone with a Vanessa Vasquez.... (She sounded like a New Yorker. Still NOT the original woman I spoke with who's name started with an L) I then told Vanessa I didn't speak with her, can she get me to the woman I initially spoke with? She INSISTED I spoke with her. I told her no. She doubled down and again insisted! So I asked her to refresh my memory of what we spoke about earlier that morning. Needless to say, Vanessa hesitated said a couple of "uhhs" before tripling down and saying "we set up a callback for today at 11:30am about the agreement I sent you!" NO VANESSA, NO! We never spoke about an agreement, let alone had one sent over. I immediately let her know she was LYING and asked to speak with someone else. She placed me on hold and I hung up deciding that I did NOT want to deal with a horrible company like this. Another woman called me back and I told her the whole story and told her to take my name off of their list because I didn't want to work with people who try and treat me like I'm an idiot! These people helped me win a case, yes, but weren't going to get me as far as I got without my persistence, AND they are supposed to be the professionals. Very lazy, takes months for them to reply though my inbox is flooded with emails. I was promised to be paid in 21 days after signing and it's been a little over 2 months, and counting. I have yet to hear back from them though I've left countless messages for them to return my call at least once a week. In February 2025, Gabriel, a receptionist once told me information the attorney didn't disclose with me. 3 days later when I called again, he was instructed to tell me that he is useless and can only pass on the message from then, on.
