I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I've had two incidents where they have got me out of trouble. Like Andrea below, they were dispatched to me by GM Roadside Assistance. The first one occured in October 2013. I had a blowout on the 416 near North Gower and the locking nut cracked. The driver, I think was named Josh ensured I was safe, was patient and courteous. The second incident was in January 2014. A parking garage attendant lost my key. It had to be removed and brought to a dealer. The key needs to be programmed on site. Getting the car out of the garage was a challenge. The opening was only 5'11. There was no way a tow truck was going down there. Russel and his co-worker (who's name I forgot) were going to drag it out with a compact pickup truck ad then tow it. The needed a key to unlock the steering wheel to steer the vehicle out of the garage, but the one provided by the dealer was cut wrong. They waited until the dealer sent a second key. All and all, a very professional team and now that I have used up my roadside assistance contract is close to expiring, I will call on them should I be stuck on the side of the road. knowing my luck, it will happen soon. read more

I went to my garage on 41 Cleopatra to get my car serviced, they had a lock on their gate so I went around the building looking for an alternate way to get in (mind you the business was open). When I went around, this santa-looking dude came out yelling at me asking what I was doing on their property and that this was a private property. I explained that I was simply looking to access the business next door to him and started arguing with me like an old senile man. Who do these people think they are? There's no sign that says "private property". These type of people should not deal with the public, simply getting upset because someone walked on their premises. All he had to do was quietly tell me that I was not allowed to be there instead of arguing with me. F** scumb@g Btw, this happened on April 15th 2021 at around 8:50am. They can check their cameras if they don't believe me. I'm never giving these people my business and I'll make sure to let everyone know to stay away from them. Ol' santa needs to get reprimanded. And if he happens to be the owner: Just because a black man walks on your property does not mean he's looking to vandalize. Maybe that man simply needs help. read more

A very professional company been in business all my adult life. These people hit it out of the park. Start with girl that answers the phone she is great kind of person that all companies would love to have in customer relations oh yes!!! Now we talk about the manager Russell gee I just love him he made me feel so good. I was on the phone off three hours before I hit on him. He gave me a price and got the truck out to pick up my truck at the transmission shop even though that shop owner was not a nice person held up Russell's driver at least half hour. He did not even charge me extra. Thank you Russell thank you very much!!!!. read more

A shout out to Pat with Abrams-Ottawa. He showed up at the time promised [during rush hour], loaded my car on his truck like a pro and got us to the repair shop with a great attitude and a smile. It's no fun breaking down on the Queensway during rush hour, but Pat's outstanding service helped make a bad experience better. Thanks Pat! read more
