So finally got to this side of town last Monday ... been following them on facebook since before they opened and wanted to try it out. Not impressed. I Wanted Brisket. It's the first thing listed on their banner outside the place. Nope none. Not even on the FIRST day of the week. It's being smoked... ok so I can come tomorrow ? NOPE. Not till Wednesday. Sheesh! Ok a turkey leg then. NOPE. Same story. Ok so they don't know how to prep food over the weekend for the beginning of the week. So I ask about the 5 meals for $25 advertised on their Facebook page. NOPE. Those were minis and they no longer do them. Seriously??? This place hasn't even been here 2 months yet and they already canceling menu items. Ok so what do you have ??? Stuffed peppers, lasagna, enchiladas and pizza. 3 of which I'd already made myself at home the last week ... when I go out or pick up I'm looking for stuff i can't make at home ... like outdoor smoked brisket or turkey legs. The lady working tells me anything is $6.99. So I pick the stuffed peppers ... I'm given a bag with a plate of 2 half peppers with what appears to be cooked meat inside and cold cheese scattered on top. That'll be $9.73. Ummm how??? From $6.99? OH the peppers are $8.99 cuz it's a large meal. It's not a meal ... it's two pepper halves, the peppers are raw the meat is cooked and the cheese is cold! No instructions given. The whole tray was refrigerator cold. No offer to even microwave it If I was wanting to eat NOW but I was given plastic ware as if I were. Can I get a copy of your menu that says when you DO have certain foods available??? NOPE. But give me your email and I'll send it to you. Counter help was either just very flippant and making minimum wage and Didn't care OR was having a bad MONDAY... I'm not sure which but she wasn't helpful and I even TOLD her a couple of times I hadn't been there before .... HELLO!!!!?? That's code for "Provide Customer Service!" Long story short ... the food ... didn't look appetizing... I didn't know how to heat it or how long or anything ... I didn't want to eat stuffed peppers refrigerator COLD...there's No sauce ... they were dry but maybe I heated them too long? I dunno, since I was given no heating instructions I just had to wing it... I ended up tossing them out ... wasted $9.73... The wrap I ordered was delicious. The place is simple, clean, and food was great. The desserts we ordered were delicious. You have to keep in mind that these recipes avoid flour and regular sugar. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS FOR BAD BUSINESS!!! I had hopes for this place especially being strict keto and just moving to Texas. I was looking for something to make meal prep simple for the week and save me time since I work full time. This place had more excuses than a child in kindergarten on the first day of school. I started using this place first week of March 2020 for meal preparation for lunch for myself for work, then eventually for my husbands lunches as well. But then a few weeks into ordering the excuses, bad customer service, and bad business started. The first was on a Sunday I got there at 11:00 am (the time they are supposed to open) and they showed up almost an hour and a half late stating "We had to run to the bank and make change!" Ummm banks are closed on Sundays but ok whatever... Secondly, I get there at 11:47 am on the next Saturday and they are still cooking food and nothing is prepared. I had two missing "Super" sized meals that cost $8.99 each plus tax. I had text the lady to advise her of this but never got a reply back. Thirdly, happened last Saturday... I put my order in on Thursday morning. That Friday night at 10:54 pm I got a confirmation text stating my order was ready for pickup. But, then on that Saturday morning at 7:52 am I got a text stating they had a Family emergency and unable to prep Friday and that Saturday. And they were originally going to be closed Easter Sunday but would be open for prep so customers could pick their orders up on Monday by 7:00 pm. Needlessly to say I had to leave work early just to make it out there on Monday before they closed. TODAY WAS THE FOURTH STRAW!!! I placed our order yesterday for pick up for today and they were closed. I text the lady and she was so nonchalant with her answer "Oh I thought I sent you this group text yesterday." TF really lady!!! This is poor business!!! If you are closed for the week then don't have a menu online where customers who can order and pay online and you take their hard, earned money from them!! First off I didn't get a text message saying you were closed or else we wouldn't have driven all the way out there to pick up our weekly order or even placed our order for that matter. The lies will most likely continue on with other customer but today they lost two very loyal customers. Also, if you are looking for Keto and sugar free I wouldn't choose this place as they use frozen berries and bananas packed full of sugar and carbs. Their food is not 100% keto either as advertised it is low carb more or less. Just a word of caution there. read more

I stopped in after the gym to check out the new close by option. Be forewarned it's a little odd visiting since it's inside a Valero. When I got up to the counter I didn't see anyone, but there was a bell right in front to ring and someone came out. So, be prepared for that. Now, service was super friendly and nice. I order the brisket burrito and a peanut butter smoothie. I didn't take pics, well 1. Because I was super hungry 2. Because when I tasted the smoothie I wanted to inhale it. Super delicious!!! The burrito was tasty. Brisket, cheese, spinach, and sour cream on a low carb tortilla. It will totally help get rid of cravings. I will definitely be going back. This is by far one of the only Keto Meal Preps in El Paso! The food is AMAZING!! I forget that I'm even doing Keto sometimes given how good the food is. The food was very bland and the cheese cakes lacked flavor.
