Came by the next morning and quickly diagnosed that the issue was that my Nest thermostat that was previously installed wasn't compatible with my existing wiring. They then went out and bought a compatible thermostat, came back and installed. They also mentioned that there was a small leak in the refrigerant line and could try to patch and fill if I wanted or I could always have them come back in the future. He and his man shoveled all the walkways and the driveway so my wife could get her car out in the morning. They did this because they wanted to make sure the repair would work, and after the installation of the part, there was a certain amount of time the system needed to reboot.
