The professionalism of the drive to the airport left a little to be desired, however, he did get me there and for that I won't complain much. My issue is with my return trip. I arrived at Logan at Midnight, went to the limo lot; no one there to meet me. Waited a few minutes and called the after hours/emergency number. Of course no answer, message says they'll get back to me shortly. So here I am, single female stuck at the airport in the middle of the night. With an hour and half ride home and no way to get there. So after no one shows up, no one calls me back...I do manage to get home, ended up using Uber. (Very thankful this service is now available) The following day, I finally get in touch with Peter at North Central Coach and Cab. I do get apologies and an offer to send me a check to refund my trip and an offer of an on the house ride next time. Of course that was the last I've heard from them. No check, no credit card return. Now I'm disputing with my credit card company. Do not use this service. If you do, you will be disappointed.

I am making an exception for this company. I cannot express how disappointed and angry I am with this company. A large group of people (around 50+) booked a bus months in advance to go on a really exciting ski trip that everyone has been looking forward months for. The company cancelled on us last minute and I thought "well things happen, what a shame though." Luckily there was another ski trip planed a little more than a month away (the bus being already booked). This time, HOURS before the bus was suppose to leave to pick us up, the company cancelled on us again. This was a trip that over 50 people who spent over $100 on supplies/lift tickets had to now cancel twice because this company cancels on us last minute. This company is absolutely inexcusable and I have never been more disappointed because of irresponsibility before. The worst of all, despite how this company cancelled literally hours before the were suppose to come, they didn't even appear apologetic about it either. I hope that this review can really deter anyone considering to book this company. There are other bus/cab companies in the area so PLEASE consider anyone else. -1/5

He is always prompt (or early), the cara are clean and he is a nice person. Once our flight was very late and my child was starving. He actually asked us if we wanted to stop at a drive through to get something for my child. But the most outstanding experience happened today. Our flight from Boston to EWR was delayed to the point that we would not be able to make our international connection. Without hesitation, when he picked us up he said "well we will just drive to Newark then." He is truly a lifesaver and really cares about his customers. I travel a lot and can highly recommend him.

I said omg thank you-yes plz! (knowing i was rushing cuz the time & in fear of not being able to get my medication if I didn't make it in time when they lock the doors)but THANK GOD, I just so happened 2 get the driver Russ-whom from our convo in the short car ride, I could tell from my gut that he was a very nice, kind, respectful & polite gentleman & VERY professional! He got me there @ 11:56!!!!!! I cannot thank him & Haverhill Taxi enough because some people don't understand what "withdrawal" is from a opiate drug, nor do many care to want2know cuz they just see ppl like me & immediately label me as a "junkie", but Russ-being a man that has never ever touched drugs but smoked marijuana a few times in the early 1970's & so a man who educated himself on addiction & didn't label me as just a "junkie" when he very easily could have, but instead he chose to treat me as a person. They were very responsive when I requested a quote, and even months later when my husband decided he also wanted to book a limo the staff was very easy to work with. They even suggested that he modify my original booking, instead of booking an entirely separate limo ride, to save money. On the day of, JoAnne was right on time to pick the bridesmaids up for the first trip to the venue, and I got a text message with the license plate and a photo of the driver to tell me that she had arrived which was very helpful. They let us connect our own phones for music on the way to the destination, which was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves! And we were able to safely bring my dress, 8 dozen (!) cupcakes for the wedding, and all the flowers without any issue and plenty of room to spare on the Mini Coach.
