She refused to refund my money even though I cancelled my order before she ordered the dress and only a few minutes after she ran my credit card! She has taken $1000 from me and I have no dress' she is very unethical and refuses to do the right thing ruined my experience! read more

The owner of this bridal shop greeted us kindly and with a smile. However, once we started to ask ANY questions, such as do you have a restroom she immediately became rude and condescending in her tone. We were completely shocked and tried to continue with the appointment. Unfortunately, her bad attitude never improved so we kindly let ourselves out right in the middle of the appointment. Me and my daughter were looking for her junior prom dress and we came into the shop. We had the picture of the dress and they didn't have it in the store, but we went ahead and ordered it with them. It arrived in about a week and it was exactly what she wanted a beautiful red satin dress. From the start, I had a pleasant experience. I think from the other reviews people forget that when you're from another country, you might take the accent as rude. POOR customer service! The owner will smile and greet you pleasantly.. once you disagree with how something fits or you are not happy with the tux, dress, or price, she turns into the Wicked Witch! My experience at this bridal shop was LOVELY! There were so many selections to choose from and most of the dresses in the shop can be customized to fit exactly what you're looking for. The experience was great but she ordered me a wedding dress that was supposed to fit then when the dress arrived at the store I wasn't able to try it on because she had no appointments so I took it home and it didn't fit like she said and she doesn't do returns nor exchanges so now I'm 400$ out and don't have a wedding dress that fits and can't exchange it for a new one. read more

If you want special things done to your wedding dress this is not the place! They have great prices but now I see why. The seamstress was never there. I saw her and talked to her only one time in five months. The man who works there knows nothing about dresses or anything els for that matter. I tried on many occasions to get a hold of the seamstress and never could. After getting a little mouthy with the man who owns the place, my dress finally got done. Five or six months down the road I go to pick up my dress and one alteration out of five alterations are done. Of course the seamstress was not there. No surprise about that. He did not make me pay for the alterations they didn't do. But they didn't even give me a discount for all of the inconvenience they had caused. A wedding dress Should be a fun thing to design and you should feel so happy to pick it up. They have ruined my wedding dress experience. read more

Vesna is the best tailor I know! Every time I bring something to her it comes out perfectly. One time I brought her three dresses to tailor in a weeks time for a pageant, she got them to me a day in advanced, and the dresses were perfect. She also has beautiful dresses, shoes, and jewelry for sale. The dresses range from $100 all the way up to designer brands. Vesna's shop is amazing! Although you'd never know it from the outside of the building this is a great place to find a prom, special occasion or bridal gown. The owner is very nice and goes out of her way to help you. She has a huge selection from size 0 to 30. She is accommodating and does free alterations on gowns purchased there. Stop in. You won't be sorry. read more

I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! Vesna Stewart, the owner, is the most unprofessional individual I've ever met. We took her a wedding gown (that needed very little alterations made) and ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses (with very little alterations to be made as well). When we called to make an appointment, she ensured us that she is ALWAYS there "sometimes till 3am." WRONG! After driving an hour to see her, she wasn't there and was on a cruise. Upon our 2nd trip, to which she was there, she told us that our dresses were not finished and that we would have to come back. Her reasoning is that while she was on her cruise, her daughter's boyfriend cheated on her, and she had to move her daughter. At our 3rd trip, again not by appointment, Vesna's husband informs us that she's on her way. He would not tell us what time she would be in. When she's "always there," but showed up an hour late and still had not finished the bride's gown. We stayed for her to finish the bride's gown and retrieved one of the bridesmaid's dresses. The 2nd bridesmaid dress was picked up a week later. The 3rd bridesmaid's dress was a DISASTER! The sides had not been taken in, the shoulder straps had not been fixed correctly (and would have been easily torn completely), and the hem at the bottom of the dress was completely slanted. Vesna had over 5 months to prepare accordingly, and now 2 days before the wedding, we're scrambling to find someone to fix a bridesmaid dress. Vesna's lack of professionalism and her careless mistakes are deplorable and inexcusable. PLEASE DO NOT USE HER! read more

Ms. Vesna is a very caring person. After bringing my daughter to multiple prom stores looking for a specific dress, they all said the same thing, "It wouldn't come until April 25" which was way too late because my daughter's prom is April 16. When we came to her store, she paid extra money out of her pocket to make sure the dress came on time and in fact it came 2 weeks earlier than my daughter's prom date. I was very satisfied and thanked her so much and now we will be returning for my daughter's prom date tuxedo. She's all for customer care and not just for the money.
