My pups are generally sad to see me lleave and crazy to see me pick them up. Not so with Tenessa! They are as happy to see her and stay with her. I have used their doggie day care and then the boarding. I will use them always. My pups have never been so cared for and protected. She and her husband even comforted my schnauzer when fireworks started down the road. I feel blessed to have found Stage Dog Boarding!!!!!

Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.

My main worry is who is watching these dogs? And how no one was able to give me a straight answer on why and how my dog got hurt. Poor baby was anxious and scared the whole day. Extremely Disappointed -- Completely Ignored What We Asked For…read more We brought our Shih Tzu in for grooming and specifically showed the groomer a picture of the haircut we wanted. We were very clear about what we were looking for. We knew our dog had some mats on his chest, and we told the groomer upfront that we understood those mats would need to be shaved out. What we did NOT agree to was having our entire dog completely shaved down. When we picked him up, we were absolutely shocked. The haircut we requested was nowhere close to what was done. He had essentially been shaved from head to toe. If the groomer determined that the matting was so extensive that they could not achieve the requested haircut, the appropriate thing to do would have been to contact us before proceeding. We could have discussed our options and made an informed decision. Instead, they made that decision for us without ever contacting us. Matting on one area of the dog does not give a groomer carte blanche to completely change the haircut without communicating with the owner. If you reach a point where you need to do something significantly different from what the customer requested, you call the customer. Period. We understand that grooming a matted dog can be difficult. We understand that sometimes mats have to be shaved out for the dog's comfort and safety. That is not the issue. The issue is the complete lack of communication and the fact that they ignored the haircut we specifically requested. We trusted them with our dog and expected them to either do what we asked or contact us if that was not possible. Instead, we were left with a dog that looked nothing like what we had asked for. We will absolutely not be returning, and I would strongly recommend that anyone using this groomer be very clear about what you want and, more importantly, make sure they agree to contact you before making any major changes to your dog's haircut. Very disappointing experience.
