First, she came to my home and we did some paperwork and chatted about my needs and expectations. Then, she took me to my surgery and picked me up when I was released to go home. She is a lovely, caring person and I knew I had made the right decision going with her company. The caregivers provided are great (day 2) and Denise has checked in on me already today. She does have her favorites, only the employees she actually likes will get paid for mileage be careful though!
