(I manage properties) Dan said he would place the order for me and set delivery for the next day. Mind you, my tenant already took off one day of work. A confirmed text was sent from PC Richards with a delivery window of 7:00am - 10:30am. 8:45am a person from PC Richards called to confirm delivery this am and the address. Guess what DID NOT happen!!! CORRECT no delivery!! I called the number that called me- the gentleman I spoke to basically stated that I was still 4 stops away and he saw a different time window. Not sure why when I have it in text. And nothing he can do- what did I want from him. I got a ton of pushback when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Eventually I was put on the phone with Dan the store manager that I placed the order with. Shockingly, I had the same attitude from him. Not his problem appliance was out for delivery and if I don't like it, I can cancel the order. At the end of the day, I was not looking for anything. I called to see what was going on with the delivery. A simple apology that this issue had taken so many sideway turns would have been great. Instead, I was met with an "oh well" attitude. Since it's part of the mall, it does get busy. Sometimes things aren't stocked all the time. Most of the workers are so-so when it comes to friendliness. I go once a week to pick up some random food items that are cheaper than the grocery store, and the worst part is that there is never enough cashiers. For an area as big as this, I don't understand how only one cashier is working midday, middle of the week. They bring in people from other areas that aren't as familiar with the registers and don't understand cartwheel and such. I missed out on some cartwheel deals recently because the cashier didn't scan my barcode right, and no one was at customer service either. On weekends, I don't even bother at this Target because it's ridiculously busy because of the mall and head to the one a few miles down the road in Orange. I'm considering trying this one to do my usual shopping from now on because they seem to always have more cashiers and is quieter.

Most of the people working there are knowledgeable and helpful. I am not sure that Best Buy is still an accurate name for the store. The prices have risen significantly.

Good evening, Michael,       In my email, I am complaining about poor customer service and feeling uncomfortable while shopping at your Orange, CT location on December 22, 2022. While I fully understand retail theft/fraud exists, and we must watch out for suspicious patrons, employees, and/or contractors at all times. However, it's inappropriate and unacceptable for staff to continuously observe visitors in any form without providing high-quality customer service, such as asking if assistance is needed or alerting the visitor that staff members will remain nearby at all times in the event assistance is needed.       During this particular visit, not only was I followed, but I was also monitored and felt silently harassed. As I arrived, I headed straight to the Amazon display to purchase additional Echo Dots. Due to the multiple choices, I became increasingly indecisive about which product to purchase. As I looked around, I witnessed your employee, "Andrew" observing my area and acknowledging my indecisiveness. However, an offer of help never arrived. Shortly after, I witnessed Andrew speaking to additional staffers and their attention was immediately focused on me. Still, no help was offered. As I walked back-and-forth from each side of the display shelf, two staffers walked through my area and never offered any assistance, yet it was apparent to me that I was under their constant supervision. At this point, I realized that I was being suspected of trying to commit fraud. Needless to say, I would never do such. Other shoppers were reviewing the same products in the meantime, so I accepted their knowledge in order to make my final decision.       In fact, I have been a Best Buy credit card holder for 15+ years with Orange being my primary shopping location for the past 3.5 years. In those years, I have never felt the way I feel today. I trust this is not the way Best Buy wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I have been shopping at Best Buy for more than 20 years and have never encountered such treatment before including profiling. I walked in with full intention of buying a tv. Now if only there were associates around to help. I went to the tv section, browsed, gave it a couple of minutes, went in what was labeled as an office, but no one was around. I assumed maybe people were busy, so I gave it more time. One more customer came by doing the same thing, then another. We all stood there waiting for someone to come by. I started to see associates walking by or through a section of doors. I tried to politely raise my hand for attention. They looked and walked away. I walked up further to find people chatting about not anything work related. One looked up at me as then went back to their conversation. I walked back to the tv section again, waiting even longer for someone to see that I was just waiting. Several people were in the back talking, seeing 3 people in the same area and did nothing. I'm just surprised that in an area and store that rely on customers, why wouldn't it be custom to have people in each section of the store available to help? Furthermore, why isn't it more monitored that no one is really doing much of anything productive? I sold them a MacBook Pro months ago, resetting it to factory settings in their presence. They inspected and accepted it as is but failed to check for an MDM profile, which I was unaware of. Despite their supposed expertise, Terenzio falsely accused me of selling a "stolen" device (I've had this device that I purchased for over 5 years) and demanded a $100 refund, claiming I misrepresented the device. His harassing calls and texts, including one on June 12, 2025, calling me a "lowlife" who "peddles stolen computers" and threatening court, were baseless and aggressive. Using a scanned copy of my ID as a threatening tactic over a legally invalid claim is desperate and absurd. He then had the audacity to say, "giving you 72 hours to come down with $100" and then I'll see you in court". Torching a business relationship over a mere $100 with such incompetent, hostile & extortive behavior is beyond foolish. Avoid Evolve Computer for their unethical and clueless practices.
