I have been calling, waiting, emailing and waiting for 6 months for a follow up visit on an incomplete repair (still ground saturating leak). I have been very patient because they initially came out for repair on short notice and in poor weather, which I greatly appreciated. But now it has gotten beyond reasonable wait even considering the excuses I have been being provided with covid, weather, family issues and short employees, including not knowing the service provided because the technician that came out was no longer an employee. read more
