One of the video was filming in my house during the time he was in contract but posted after he finished contract with me. I sent complain to this realtor association and we had the hearing, they conclude that he does not violate anything event though their grievance committee ( the committee decide that we had to go to the hearing) pointed out he has violating multiple articles of conduct. I appeal the hearing decision to their board of directors, the three ladies showed up , without reviewing the case and the video, again saying he did not violate anything. He is free to go, no discipline, no course of action, He has violated the selling agreement and also violate my privacy to post my house video on his instagram, they are covering up for him. I can imaging an organization like this can do such a thing to us and cover up for the most outrageous behavior and illegal conduct of the realtor. That is outrageous and unbelievable for their actions. The public should know about this.

When we reached out to get…read morethis fixed, they gave us the runaround for nearly 4 months while we were delinquent on the payment (and a looming threat of a lien on the house). We worked specifically with Cristina and while initially responsive, we started getting a lot of "we asked our Accounting team" with no sense of urgency. We've been extremely patient with them, followed up with them once a week (to which we just got the response "I've forwarded this to the Accounting team"). She then gave us the name and number to their Accounting department (after, literally, 4 months) to work with them directly. They've stated that they accept full ownership of the mistake and have dragged their feet to fix it. This has been a total nightmare for us and I wouldn't wish this on anyone else. It sounds like the office has made similar mistakes across the board. Do yourself a favor and find literally anyone else.

We interviewed 6 or so new agents and were not impressed with any of them. We took a dive and signed with Andrea Rentals as a leasing agent. On a scale of 1-10, they are an 11. They are true professionals in all aspects of the leasing process: communication, setting a realistic price, creating and posting the ad, writing the lease, screening prospective tenants and moving the tenant in. We gladly paid the fee, feeling we got more than our money's worth. We highly recommend Andrea Rentals as a leasing agent. There should be more businesses that do such a stellar a job.

I lived in my home for over thirty years, and there were moments when I felt uncertain, especially when it came to investing money into preparing the house for the market. Graeme never pressured me. Instead, he took the time to explain why each recommendation mattered and gave me the confidence to move forward. The Gunderman Group fronted a substantial amount of money to prepare my home for sale without asking me to pay anything upfront or charging me interest. That was a leap of faith on my part, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I made. The improvements transformed the home, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad I trusted Graeme's vision. Throughout the process, I always felt like I had someone in my corner. If I had a question, Graeme made himself available quickly. If something was weighing on me, he picked up the phone and talked it through. I never felt like I was navigating the process alone. I also appreciated the team Graeme assembled around him. Every vendor who worked on my home was someone his group had a long-standing relationship with, and it showed. Chuck, the listing manager, kept everything moving behind the scenes and made sure every project was completed correctly and on time. That level of coordination took an enormous amount of stress off my plate. What I'll remember most isn't just the result. It's the way Graeme treated me from the very beginning. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decisions, even when they weren't the easiest ones. I trusted his judgment and always felt that he had my best interests at heart. I'm incredibly grateful for everything Graeme did for me. I would recommend him and his team without hesitation to anyone thinking about selling their home.
