He explained all they do with the "family plan" so we signed up. I am one of those that needs to be reminded of scheduled upkeep so this is perfect. The repair wasn't cheap but considering all the work that needed to be done as well as it being an older unit, I feel it was a very fair price. I think we did have the best with Kirk. Jesse came by that same day to check it out, and we went through all the test including refrigerant, condenser, contact board, and checking the coils in attic.
