Here's his text after I told him he is price was too high and stated my last quote. "There's a reason they're not doing the job for you. They bid it way to low. Good luck with that." He then blitzed called me several times after texting. I would have paid more for the work and I do recognize quality, but some people can't handle rejection. Be professional.

I got a check from escrow when I bought the house in February because there was some damage to the siding around the Chimneys. The seller had Aaron come out and gave us the estimate and based off the reviews I told the escrow company that I was OK with him completing the job so the escrow company made the check out to Legacy Roofing. A month and a half later, Aaron has failed to respond to my messages, calls and even my realtors calls. The one time we did talk was on Monday, March 22 he apologize for not getting back to me and said that he went 2 weeks without a phone because of Apple. Even though the messages continue to say delivered because it was an iMessage and the phone calls continue to go through. he promised me that he would be out either Wednesday or Friday, March 26 which was a month after he was supposed to be out originally. I was so delighted to hear from him that I offered a couple hundred dollars if he followed through. Sadly enough March 22 was the last time I heard from him. I call almost every day minus the weekends and text as well hoping to receive a response one day. He knows that I'm at his mercy and I can't have anybody else complete the job because the checks already made out to him. Escrow won't allow me to change companies. To my understanding if the check is not cashed by the deadline 4/26 the money will go back to the seller which I believe may be Aaron's friend because the seller was very adamant about using Legacy Roofing and would not allow another company to do the siding. The check expires April 26 and at that point I'll be out $2000. I will definitely update my review if or when Aaron with Legacy Roofing ever responds. Unfortunately at this time I cannot recommend this company and I would strongly encourage you to choose somebody else especially if you're getting a check via escrow. My experience has been you'll be waiting forever because he knows the checks already made out to him, if he even comes out at all. When his team came out, they left a huge mess after the job was done, and every time the temperature changed for the next five years, pieces of siding would fall off the house. Charlie said it was no longer his responsibility. When I threatened a bad review, he came back out with the original team. The installer took me aside and said he had no experience installing siding, but Charlie had told him he would figure it out. After 8 1/2 years of warping and loose panels, I called another siding contractor. They pointed out gaps in the corners, and said the siding was cut too short to cover normal expansion and contraction. I am now replacing my siding one wall at a time, less than a decade after having new siding installed. Charlie does not seem to care about doing a quality job. So far, we're out $2,400 and are looking at a good $12,000 more. We should have sued.

My neighbor asked for his opinion on her situation and he said her guttering was too small for the volume of water. He sent a crew out four days later and completed the job for her. One of the crew members noticed something had been done wrong by another company when he got up on the roof. She is going to have Eldon and Sons correct that before it becomes a bigger issue. I also had two replacement windows go bad. I called Jerry at Eldon and Sons and he ordered the replacements which were installed the day they did my neighbor's guttering job. No charge. No hassle. They were glad to take care of the problem. If all businesses related to construction and otherwise did business the way Eldon and Sons does, there would be a lot more happy homeowners. When disputed, they threaten to put a lien. Came to agreed upon amount with insurance company for the additional work and paid it. Then a month later they charged the original disputed amount as well. Contract was for $1200 and they have charged my account a total of over $2800. Buyer beware, this company lies, cheats and steals.
