Not at all the case here, Max was awesome. I used his services to help move some furniture from my old apartment and into my new house. Not only was he prompt in arriving at each location, he exceeded my expectations on how long this whole thing would take. I carved out 3 hours of my day and he got everything done in under 2. His professionalism and courteous nature impressed me enough, that I used him again to pick up recently purchased furniture from a store and deliver it to my house while I was at work (I have keyless entry). I actually expected him to just leave the furniture in the appropriate room, but he went a step further by removing the packaging AND throwing it away, something that was totally unnecessary but TOTALLY thoughtful.
