He then very quickly got back to us with exact quotes for each of the two possible solutions, and advised of a multi-week back order for the main part. His financial arrangements are very straightforward and represent good value. I then received a text message saying they could not find the house...a house they had already been to once. Now I have to chase after them to get them to do their job. And all this while, I'm without a functioning washer thanks to the first tech. Absolutely do not recommend this company at all. You will have more hassles than anything else.
