However, there was a problem with one of the gadgets which caused some difficulties in scoring and conquering strategies against the opposing opponents. I called Game Truck office the next business day to inform them of this problem, and the manager explained to me that he repaired the remote after our engagement, saying 'this kind of problem happens when kids drop the remote." My reply, " so how does this satisfy me as a new consumer?" There was no apology made, credit adjustment and/or any mention of percentage off if we should ever decide to book their services again. My suggestions to Game Truck staff: 1. Test each device before and after all events; making sure that devices are working properly 2. Contact your customer(s) when you are aware that a problem arrived during the time when your company was on the premises. The consumer should never have to call you to inform you of a problem that you were aware of.

Road and parking lot could be in better condition. Check your hours when planning a trip here, as hours during the week are more limited. Entrance is through the doors with the Reclaim Video sign. $15 for unlimited play. Inside, the initial rooms are very retro with shelves full of VHS tapes and LaserDiscs. There's an area with a couch and TV setup to watch these that also included an old computer loaded with classic computer games. They also have a bar and grill area, with appetizers, burgers, pizza, and other items. Alcoholic beverages are also available and there is seating. Machine lineup is almost totally stand-up arcade cabinets and pinball machines. A few of the pinball machines needed some work like Evil Dead as it had problems with errors, and it felt like it was leaning. Pulp Fiction, Pokemon, and World Cup Soccer all played well and were enjoyable. Most of the arcade cabinets seemed to be in good shape with a few needing screen work, but sadly Spy Hunter was totally out of action. The mix of cabinets without question leaned towards older games. Overall, Reclaim Arcade is absolutely worth a visit.
