There were a lot of people there that resulted in some waiting for popular machines. There are other machines to play while waiting. There were a lot of kids there and it was noisy. If you are sensitive, that might be an issue. I was able to simply ignore it. The outside space was used as the smoking pad, so I avoided it. We used the number and contacted Steven who appeared in 5 minutes. He was so professional, friendly and kind. He took care of everything and even offered my Rock Star son extra credits.
