When we walked into the empty house it looked like a construction space, a hen was walking around the inside and I even saw it poop IN THE KITCHEN! Things finally turned around when I hopped on Sherman (my white horse w/ black spots). He was a greedy little thing and ate up all the grass but he was a great horse. Steven immediately put ppl on the horses and taught us while we were riding. He was a straight to it teacher and I liked that. He definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to animals. He took a bunch of pictures and videos and sent them to everyone in the group. I'm thankful to have such awesome pictures that didn't cost us extra. I'm giving 4 stars despite the filth because Steven was friendly, welcoming, and I enjoyed the experience. I am so happy I took them here! This review is only for the arcade side since there are lots to do here. This place has so many options as far as arcade games goes. There were rows and rows of claw machines too. There were the typical "claw" ones and something I haven't seen before; where you don't pick up the prize, but you try to knock it over. That took some getting used to, but I think my nephews preferred the picking up method. The machines were in good condition and looked like they could be from Japan. The cabinets looked different than the typical ones you see at Dave & Busters; etc. The prizes were super cute plushies that were super Kawaii and other popular characters. For the bigger prizes it cost 14+ credit per play and the smaller prizes range from 9- 11 credit per play. It does add up quickly and gets $$$ but it kept my nephews busy for hours and they had fun winning 5 plushies! Another thing to note; the customer service was great. My nephews wanted to try to bunny VR game but after technical issues that couldn't be resolved; we were compensated with the credits back to our card and the gentlemen helping us even gave my nephews each a free plushie of their choice. The lobby is expansive with lots of space to walk around, sit down, and put on your skates. The girls at the front desk were SO friendly and helpful -- even volunteering to help us lug in our snow penguins from the rental area to the ice rink when they realized we were outnumbered by little kiddos There is a dedicated hockey rink as well as an Olympic sized rink that we utilized for public skate. My sister did not partake in skating, but was able to watch on the stands. Everything was well maintained and I saw tons of staff cleaning, supervising, and just overall doing an amazing job the whole time I was there. Seriously, color me impressed.

Sick of it and after years of gently suggesting some possible alternatives, like use your many hours of dead ice for just lessons, and allow mid level and beginner players to have the entire ice and you might actually get more of us to come out. Segregate small kids on one side and adults on the other with no lessons if you want to mix ages.
