We have had several great experiences with Abinesh. We first used his services back in 2022 after a serious issue with an electrical outlet in our daughter's bedroom. After an inspection of the conditions of our outlets and main panel, we ended up having him do a complete replacement of our main electrical subpanel and all outlets and switches. I found Abinesh in our yellow pages & then saw great reviews of him on YELP. We had him install 3 ceiling fans in our home. Two in the bedrooms which required for him to go to the attic to do the wiring. Upon entry of the attic he noticed there were a lot of mice feces. If it wasn't for him we would not have known the condition there. We immediately had someone come out & clean out the attic. Abinesh returned a few weeks later & was able to install all the fans with proper coding. He does a fantastic job & is a thorough professional. We called Abinesh a few weeks ago to address an urgent electrical situation at our house. I smelled 'electrical smoke' coming out of our sub-panel and called Abinesh late evening. He promptly drove over despite the late hour (dinner time) and quickly diagnosed the issue. Our prior contractor had done a very poor job with electric work in the sub-panel and one of the wires was shorting and sparking! Needless to say this was a real fire hazard and thanks to Abinesh's quick diagnosis and resolution, we averted a major calamity. Abinesh recommended we replace our sub-panel, and explained the reasons behind it. He was never pushy and explained the pros and cons (our's was very old and the prior contractor had violated several codes during his work). It was a sizeable expense but we decided to get it done. Abinesh's quote was right in the middle for a couple of quotes we received. He recommended we get City Permits and got that done promptly. He came by at our chosen date/time and installed a new sub-panel. The work was done very professionally and the final output was a fab looking sub-panel with top notch breakers and an extremely professional job. Abinesh also arranged for the City inspectors to inspect the work and they passed/approved the work Finally, Abinesh is just an amazing guy to talk to/work with. The Job: We hired Abinesh's Electric for a number of long-awaited repairs, safety improvements, and quality of life upgrades, including: recessed lights in the living room, bedroom light fixtures, a new electrical panel, pigtailed wires in every outlet (to reduce shock/fire risk from aluminum wiring), and installation of new switches. This took place over the course of several weeks. Work Style & Communications: Mr. Abinesh communicates promptly and reliably with phone calls and text messages, and is careful to set clear expectations on the days and times he will work. On most days, work began with a brief review of what had happened yesterday and what was planned for the day, which gave us a chance to confirm our decisions. He worked very clean, spreading tarps and sweeping up whenever there was a dust risk. Above and beyond: During the job, Mr. Abinesh occasionally brought in packages, took care the dog didn't escape, and used a provided Dremel to expand a tile hole for a kitchen outlet. I had the opportunity to call this electricity company. I had a small electrical fire, everyone said they could not come out for at least 4 to 5 days. I called him, he was off that day, and I was so Disturbed, he said he would come and take a look for me on his day off. He came he gave me an estimate I then gave it to my insurance company. When our garage lights went out, we went on a hunt trying to find out the source of the problem. LEAVE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL. Abinesh not only identified the problem, he also identified safety hazards that all our outlets were lacking. He suggested, to prevent fires from burning fuses, to have all the outlets replaced and even had them all child proofed. Such a relief. He even placed in a new main switch box and reorganized the wiring. It was crazy when he opened it. Thank goodness for Abinesh. I called Abinesh about fixing some outlets and switches which were not functioning. He was able to come and take a look the same day. He was very professional and did some free diagnostics at the panel. He gave me two options, a flat fee or an hourly rate. We also discussed replacing my panel because it was dated and I had previous issues with it. He gave me a couple flat rate prices for that as well. After discussing the options, he agreed to give me a discount on the flat rate if I upgraded the panel. With his assistant, they were able to fix all of my issues and upgrade my panel and fuses. He even removed a pesky nail on my stairs as well as identifying and fixing a dimmer I had forgotten about. Abinesh also took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient and good at communicating throughout the process. The only negative is his flat rate pricing could end up being quite a bit more than the hourly rate would have cost you. Not a crowning moment, but Abinesh came to the rescue within hours and helped us out and made sure I understood how to safely use a space heater. We were referred to Abinesh's Electric by our daughter who had glowing remarks about him on the work he did at her home. We wanted to replace the electrical panel that was installed in 1977 when the house was built. He was very responsive by text and phone and came out in short time to look at the project and give us an estimate. He started the job within a week and told us it would take one day. He arrived on time and worked all day until 5:30 pm. He barely took time for lunch. The new panel looked great! After he was finished he took a look at an outlet inside the house that had not been working for over 10 years. He identified the problem and was able to resolve the problem to our mutual agreement, by that time it was 6:30 pm.
