Curves wasn't what I expected in a gym. Thought it would be large room with exercise equipment. But…read morefound it was a room with very few exercise equipment. The room..not large..was arranged in a circle with timed stations..that you do a certain excercise for one or two minutes and move to next station. You could walk the outside perimeter of this small circle...probably have to go around circle 20 times to do half a mile. Wasn't impressed with Curves. Plus they aren't open 24/7. You have to be on their schedule to exercise..which I didn't like at all. The staff were friendly and helpful..but not the type gym or excercise place I am looking for.
