I don't have enough good things to say about both of my therapists, Brad and Annette. Both are experts in their field, and at each and every appointment, they have not only taken good care of my knees, but they also treat the rest of my legs, feet, etc to make sure that everything is being attended to that has been effected by my surgery. I love that Kepros believes in alternative healing practices such as Gua Sha (Gua means to scrape or scratch. Sha means sand, because the sha rash that comes up is like a sand-like texture right on the skin. Gua Sha is a Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped. Practitioners believe gua sha releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing). From overcompensating in my walking on bone on bone in both my knees for the last two years, I have many places in my muscles and tendons that are a mess. The Gua Sha technique has really helped to start healing this injuries. Both Brad and Annette work together on my healing plan to make sure that every session we are maximizing my healing. Joe was my physical therapist and he was nothing short of professional and approachable. From the start he communicated a very clear plan of attack and made sure i understand that regardless of what was done in the Team Iowa offices I had to make sure to do my exercises at home.
