I don't have enough good things to say about both of my therapists, Brad and Annette. Both are experts in their field, and at each and every appointment, they have not only taken good care of my knees, but they also treat the rest of my legs, feet, etc to make sure that everything is being attended to that has been effected by my surgery. I love that Kepros believes in alternative healing practices such as Gua Sha (Gua means to scrape or scratch. Sha means sand, because the sha rash that comes up is like a sand-like texture right on the skin. Gua Sha is a Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped. Practitioners believe gua sha releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing). From overcompensating in my walking on bone on bone in both my knees for the last two years, I have many places in my muscles and tendons that are a mess. The Gua Sha technique has really helped to start healing this injuries. Both Brad and Annette work together on my healing plan to make sure that every session we are maximizing my healing. I had a total knee replacement done with him he walked me through the whole procedure making sure that I understood everything that he was going to do I knew at time of discharge from the hospital everything I needed to know and do with my new knee. His office and surgical staff are highly professional their main concern was getting me out of pain and back to my normal self. I highly recommend him if you ever need a total knee replacement!

Now I'm trying to transfer health services and have found it next to impossible to have my records faxed to a new neurologist. Their process of transferring has taken me hours to try and do and I still have not been provided with an address to request transfer which they say is needed. A form was emailed to me with NO address to send it to. I have spent HOURS trying to find an address. What a joke their organization is. Save yourself hours of hassle...go somewhere else!!!
