Sells it to me. I get it tested and it's fake. Messaged the Facebook page and was told I could get a refund the next day. I went the next day and the guy at the counter said he's not refunding me and there's signs that say (as is). The coin was a fake so I took it to the police and they agreed it was counterfeit. Then I get a Facebook message from the flea market saying the cops came and told her they don't have to refund me anything. Long story short they sell fake Morgan's and get away with it. As a result, I know what good customer service is, and this is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. I was told, more than once, someone would call me, but I never received any of the calls I was promised. My PCP sent Delta a prescription for a CPAP machine, but, over a month later, I had not heard from them. So I called Delta, and after several minutes, someone was able to figure out what I was asking about. I was told my insurance would not pay until I had another sleep study. The sleep study was not an issue, but, after over a month of knowing this, no one from Delta contacted me about scheduling one. After receiving the results, I took a copy of the test results to Delta, and I was told someone would be calling me. It was the same as every time I was told someone would call me, no one did. After a week, I called Delta, and the person who answered the phone seemed confused not understanding what is asking about, and all I inquired about was the status of my getting a new CPAP. My call was placed on hold so they could look into the situation, and I was on hold so long, Delta's system disconnected me. I called back, and I was told that the person who processes insurance claims had been out of the office for approximately a week. I was again placed on hold, and, after an unacceptable amount of time, I hung up. My observations are (these are just the high points): No one seems to understand the concept of customer service; Delta does not seem to care about customers; the employees (or their computer system) do not communicate with each other; Delta can not be bothered with contacting customers; no one in the Jonesboro office seem to know what is going on;

While there were not a ton of books, they were all handpicked. Lots of female writers, lgbtq+ books, social justice themes, and trendy teen fiction/best sellers. -There is a free parking lot directly across from the shop and plenty of parallel parking along the street. Cons: -The website reads "your favorite coffee shop drinks and bites."; however, the only coffee we saw was a Keurig machine in the corner. Some of the signage also read "bookstore and cafe" while others only read "bookstore". We were a little disappointed. -The selection of books is pretty small. The shelves looked pretty empty and there wasn't a ton to browse. We were still able to pick out a really cool book!
