It is also such a steal when everything is so expensive to either get your monthly free book or pay no more than $2 for sometimes completely new books. It's the best!

I explained that we had a movie in 10 minutes and just needed our bakery items. Instead of simply grabbing them for me, she responded with a rude attitude saying orders are processed in the order received. I would understand if I had ordered a drink but I was just waiting on cookies and a brownie, something that takes zero effort to grab. The interaction could have been handled much better and unfortunately this level of service seems to be the norm here.
