They not only know how to work with animals but with humans as well because I was acting like a crazy person from grief and wanting to tell stories about my cat. At the end, they permitted me to exit out of a separate private exit (now that I'm thinking about it, I hope this is routine and not just because I was being extra.) Either way, I was given my beloved pet's remains in a sweet little "coffin shaped" container that I was then able to bury. I am grateful for how my pet was treated by Hurricane Animal Hospital in life and in death.

I was FLOORED!!! I even replied, this dog? She said, yes. And I said are you sure, this dog? I could understand if it were my Irish Terrier, as he can be a little mischievous (I mean terriers you know what I mean? lol). I have groomed this poodle since day 1, he literally lays in bed with me and I can pluck his ears, do his feet and he even lays on the grooming table when I do work on him, in between groomings there, and my other groomer never had any issues (we only switched for the fact she was so far away). I even hand strip my Irish Terrier (all the grooming on his is all me, feet nails, etc) so I am not new to grooming, though admittedly I am not a professional and I wanted poodle to look nice since he is an SD and I am more of a hand stripper vs a clipper person. THANKFULLY, the drug suggestion raised a HUGE red flag for me, especially since this dog, while still on the younger side, is a great dog again with CGC titles to prove it! Yesterday, I found a new groomer, and she said she had ZERO issues with him (the other groomer before that had no issues she was just too far away for us). In fact, he said he chilled on the table and was one of the best dogs she has groomed! I would not use this place at all! HARD NO! AND Thank you, to my new groomer, who absolutely agreed no way to use Trazadone! And his groom was better than at this place too! Super great dog he is!
