Jeff Adkins worked with us with our 10 month old puppy with some behavior issues. What a difference it has made! He knows what he's doing and is able to easily communicate what we need to do. Encouraging and professional - he truly cares about the dogs and wants to help both the dog and pet parent to have a better relationship! read more

When I called to get their records sent to my new clinic it was as easy as a short 3 minute phone call and the new clinics fax number and it was done! The staff is always so nice and easy to work with. They have their own parking lot that is right off the road in front of the clinic that is a little tight. I'd give them negative stars if I could as my poor dog is still stick, I'm out $800 bucks, a tank of gas and two afternoons. Spent close to $800 on two visits as our dog has some type of infection in his lungs. (who is still sick) Despite those visits and the money spent the vet does not want to take a culture to get the right antibiotics for his infection. Then on top of all that they wrote an invalid prescription and we couldn't get the medication for our dog. They refused to fax the fixed prescription to the CVS, and insisted we go back to the vets office and pick up the new prescription then drive back to CVS to pick up the medication.

Marshall became very fond of James and his colleagues and it gave us a sense of ease that Marshall was enjoying his training and new work. James even took Marshall home with him and Out into public places like red restaurants and in stores etc. Marshall is now a very confident and well trained service dog accompanying me to many hospitals whilst I undergo hours of treatments, scans and office visits. I absolutely recommend James and his positive training methods whether it's obedience training or other training. I have included some photos/video of Marshall at hospital and in the grocery store. James has turned an abused rescue dog into my shadow and we are both enjoying traveling together without worry. 5/5*****

We utilized the board and train service for our dog to learn basic commands "sit", "stay", "heal", "down" and no jumping up. I appreciated the open lines of communication as to how he was progressing along with pictures and videos showing us his progress. My dog has learned the commands and after being shown how to work with him, he is doing great during our training time together. I would highly recommend TriState K9 for any dog training needs, they are open, honest and fair. I look forward to working with them again. read more

Amanda responded to our inquiry and was so kind that we felt good about the choice of Foxxy Pet Resort. Finding the place was a little challenging but nothing GPS couldn't handle. Upon turning over our dog, Chase, she immediately welcomed him and made him feel secure and then she gave us a flyer with a back story about the business. We read it and learned that the service Amanda provides is a tribute to her late 13 year old son whose health struggles were eased by the companionship of his Boston Terrier, Grimm. We were very touched by this example of the beauty of a mother's love for her child and a child's love for his dog. Turning pain to something good is an act of faith and grace. During the day we received pictures from Amanda that reassured us that Chase was doing well and was in good hands. That was above and beyond and something only a fellow dog lover would understand would be appreciated. The next time that we are in the area with our fur baby, we will absolutely use Foxxy Resort again. Thanks Amanda (and Grimm) for a five star experience.
