I had a tough time picking a sandwich because there are so many good options! My pistachio latte was also really good, and they had some good coffee specials. I have been going here pretty much every weekday for 2.5 years now, and I can honestly say my morning half-sweet Nutella latte is perfect every time with the weekday morning crew. The iced black tea is always brewed well, and they have the perfect selection of sweet treats. I highly recommend trying the cheesecake. They do have a restroom for customers, multiple self-serve coffee carafes, and a loyalty program for their coffee beans. I stopped by Village Art Café very recently and headed to the café counter (Village Pastries) in the back room which serves up coffee/espresso drinks, homemade baked goods, and crafted sandwiches. Since I already had coffee back at my vehicle, I needed some takeout sweet treats and I went with a Cinnamon Roll and Chocolate Chip Cookie. The homemade baked goods were really good. The cinnamon roll had brown sugar & cinnamon topped with a creamy icing & maple syrup. The homemade chocolate cookie was plastic wrap (homestead label) was soft and slightly crumbly, with plenty of chocolate chips, very sweet.
