The worst Parking shuttle service ever. And Of course they are hired and contracted straight from the airport so you have no choice but to use them. Theyll make you late to your flight theyll make you late to work theyll make you wait 25-30 minutes sometimes. Theyre terrible. read more

Thank you, Viet Tran for helping me with my dead battery last month! You are a wonderful asset to ABIA and a pleasure to have met

I flew in there on June 21st and got to the long term parking and my car was completely dead. After a couple of calls that went to voice mail, I assumed that customer service was just closed on Sunday. I figure that I would try one more time and someone answered. Within 5 minutes, Ron pulled up in his service vehicle. He welcomed me home with a huge smile and made remember why I moved to Texas in the first place. Within another 5 min, my car was up and running. Ron could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I would really like to say thank you to Ron. He is a rockstar. I will never hesitate to park long term at ABIA again. read more

Tish was my driver today. She was so nice..genuinely. Helped me w my luggage. She was great!

I returned from a 5 day trip to Vegas to find my car battery was completely drained. I went to the Valet who called the ABIA customer support. Within 10 minutes of the call, Ron showed up to help. I will tell you that I was tired and irritated but Ron's disposition quickly changed the situation. It was extremely polite, efficient, and got me running in no time flat. The reason that I am writing a review is that his customer service was top notch. That experience could have gone several ways but I rate this one of the best. I am grateful for the service and even more so for people like Ron. read more

We parked in economy for $8 a day. This is a great price because the off lot parking costs. You get a ticket, park and pay when you come back. The shuttle comes promptly and picks you up near your car. Can park and get dropped off at departure within 5 minutes, great service. read more

My fiancé and I had just returned to Austin on a late flight and were waiting outside to get a shuttle to the long term parking lot. We waited a little while but then a bus drove up and a very cheerful driver was able to pick us up. Her name is Carolyn and there was a 79 under her name on the bus. She apologized to everyone for the wait and then said that she was about to be done with shift but saw several people standing outside in the cold waiting on the shuttle. She said she couldn't just pass us by and wanted to be sure we got to our cars. She informed us about the complimentary assistance should anyone have a flat or dead battery and how to request it. I have parked in these lots many times over the years and never knew about this service until Carolyn informed us! Her overall demeanor was just incredibly cheery, she was extremely helpful and she reminded me why I moved to Texas many years ago. It's people like her, people that go above and beyond and who are kind to complete strangers that make all the difference in this world. She not only stayed later than she had to, she offered help with bags and provided people directions in each lot to get to their vehicles. I'm not quite sure how to describe in words exactly how wonderful she is, but I would venture to say she's the best driver you have! In a world full of people that want to complain, I really wanted to offer my compliments to Carolyn. Good work and people that go the extra mile should be recognized. I hope you can recognize Carolyn for her excellent service. read more

Spoke with Lindsay tonight after waiting 45 minutes for a shuttle from the South Terminal. This place is worse than a 3rd world country terminal. ABIA Parking was rude and not helpful. Don't fly into south terminal ever!! Allegiant is also the worst airline ever! BEWARE!!! read more

I have always had a great experience here and drivers friendly and help me get where I need to go. In particular I want to thank John as a great shuttle driver that I had in December. Super friendly, seemed genuinely happy to be there and very helpful. He started my trip out in a good mood. Thank you very much to John! read more

Probably the worst valet experience I've ever had. Upon returning at 10:30 pm, I walked to the valet area and there were at least 20 people ahead of me already waiting. 45 minutes later and still no car. WTF? Absolutely crap-ass service and I'll NEVER use them again. Neither will any of the people who were waiting along side me. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. read more

Their website has inaccurate information. They say their lot is full when there are clearly spots available. The directions they provided to an alternate lot were inaccurate and wasted even more time. Its like they want you to miss your flight. Do yourself a favor and don't park here. read more

UPDATE: After finally touching base with Stephanie last week over the phone, she told us that because we posted our review of what happened, she would not offer us a refund for our troubles. She was rude and dismissive. Mind-boggling! Instead of making the problem right--so we could update the review positively indicating as much--she just doubled-down on the horrendous customer service. Wish we could say we were surprised, but we're not. Stay away from this shoddy business! We're obviously not alone in our complaints when you start looking at all of their reviews. read more

Lee was fast and efficient, super friendly! He engages his riders and makes the ride enjoyable!

came to the airport 2 hours early; had to wait for an hour for the south shuttle. When I called half way through my wait I was told the shuttle had to turn around and go back to south terminal. Half hour later, the shuttle passes all the people who are waiting along with a pregnant lady, and then there are only two passengers whom the driver stands inside the bus and chats with while we are all in danger of missing our flight. read more

$7 a day is the best thing about this parking service. The check out is long. The way they treat customers will one day impact their bottom line. Try not to use the van service if you want a prompt ride. They will put you in far away locations, but walking is better than the attitudinal drivers. read more

Ron, the customer service rep for ABIA parking, helped me out on a cold, wintry night in January. Came home to find my truck's battery drained -- must have left the lights on. He got me powered up and on my way in about 15 minutes. I would have been waiting 2 hours for my own tow service to come help me. Thanks Ron! read more

I waited at the C9 stop for 40 minutes and, during that time, a good crowd was starting to gather (approximately 20 people). After the 40 minute wait, I called and a gentleman on the other line said they don't run shuttles until after 6:00 am!!!!!! How in the world can you not run shuttles until after 6 when there are flights that depart as early as 5:00 am?? That is completely unacceptable and I won't park at ABIA until that is resolved. Poor rating. read more

I've been flying in and out of ABIA for 8 years now and always received satisfactory service parking my vehicle, but Today's service was outstanding thanks to driver Ken M! He was enthusiastic, informative and friendly. Not sure if this is the new standard, but if it's not, it should be. I learned more about available services in 5mins than I have since utilizing ABIA Parking. Keep up the good work! read more

We used the valet parking Nd returned from our vacation last saturday. The valets that took our car at drop off and loaded our luggage on our return were great. However the young lady at pock up window was very rude to say the least. Upon arrival at the window Igave her my name and told her Iwas there to pick up our car. Her response was " Where's your ticket". When it should been something like " Hi do you have your ticket?". When Iasked if Icould pit a tip on the charge receipt for the valet she was barking orders at the reply was a rude No! I asked if she could break a large bill again a rude NO! They definitely need to work on their customer service read more

I personally have never had a bad experience with ABIA parking services. They always seem to get you where you need to go in a timely manner. Also big plus the drivers are phenomenal. Had the pleasure of riding with Sanjuanita F. (Hope I'm recalling the name right) who was so welcoming and sweet! Will be using ABIA parking on all my future Austin airport trips! read more

this is the worst parking experience I have ever had in my life. Go with Park & Zoom or Fast park. They have multiple buses going non stop. Abia parking only has one bus. It took me 40 minutes to get to my car after I landed. DO NOT GO WITH ABIA!! THEY SUCK! read more

Horrible customer service. I'm not usually one to leave a review, but after a late flight due to weather which caused me to miss my connection, and then a cancelled flight later that night, I was already emotional and just ready to get home to my kids. When the ticket booth wouldn't read my card, I called twice. The woman over the phone was SO rude, and told me I either needed to bring someone in from out of town to pay my ticket or "figure it out myself". I was in tears asking if I could pay online or give her a card number. She hung up on me twice. Finally they sent someone to put my card through manually. Would NEVER recommend this horrible customer service and I will not be back. read more

Not sure what's happened but there are no shuttles. One after another used to stop by. Now you sit in front of the baggage claim 20 minutes before you see one. Then the line is so long you don't make it on. Still waiting for another. And don't call. They don't care anymore. One private shuttle after another going by. I'm done with ABIA long term parking. read more

SanJuanita Flores is amazing and she saved me when I forgot to remove my pocketknife before getting to security. The knife has sentimental value and there was no way I was going to throw it away. Upon getting to the terminal buses Ms. Flores took me straight to my car and straight back to the terminal allowing me to make my flight with only a few minutes to spare. Without her I would have missed my flight. Unfortunately I only had $100 dollar bill and Ms. Flores was unable to break it for me for a tip. I told her that I would make sure her bosses knew how amazing she was and how she prevented me from missing my vacation. Thank you SanJuanita Flores!! read more
