After this it was all about progressing at the students level and commitment of responsibility. Our daughter received her license the day after her 16th with 96%! We had to put in around 30 hours of our street time, with an outcome of a safe roads teen. Thanks to Diane and team!

So, I recently finished driving school from this place and I have a few words... First off, This…read moreplace looks very run down and trashy inside and out. The inside of the building is okayish but you can tell it's old and hasn't had any work done to it in a long time. The outside looks like a dump. Trashed cars sitting on the grass and other stuff just dumped, it definitly doesn't look appealing when you first see it. Second thing, Diane is not the greatest instructor. She doesn't act professional at all, you can barely understand her because all she does is mumble and talk quiet. When you drive with her it makes you uncomfortable (at least for me)... She sometimes talks to people on the phone/texting while she's needing to be telling us where to go, the one time she kept snorting and being very gross while next to me. She made me more anxious when driving with her and I wouldn't recommend anyone to get taught by her. Not trying to be rude but it's frustrating.. On the other hand, Travis (the other instructor) is pretty damn professional and I can understand him nice and clear. I pretty much got nothing bad to say about him execpt the smoking .. probably shoudn't smoke around the place because of the smell but oh well. Now, let's talk about the classroom. It must be a family owned business and they all must live behind the school because her family and husband are always in there with babies watching shows on the computer before class. Every now and then her husband pops out during class to talk with her interupting our work. They always come through the back where the bathroom is which is so weird that they have access to go through the door into the bathroom. I went to the bathroom the one time and the door they always walk through was slightly open so I shut it before going to the bathroom. It doesn't feel safe in their because I always would be worried that someone would walk through while I was going to the bathroom... the door has to be unlocked because it's an exit. Overall, I still learned things and got more experience on the road. I just wish it was more professional. That's all I have to say, thanks for reading!

I signed my daughter up, put 1/2 the amount of the class down (as they request in order to get your…read morepermit) and then cancelled shortly after, to enroll her in another driving school that fit our schedule better. I emailed 911 driving school and let them know that I wanted to withdraw my daughter and how could I go about getting refunded for the half class fee that I had put down. After asking several times I finally had an answer from someone that said they sent the request to "their accountant" with no other details provided. It's now been three weeks. This is horrible customer service, a little communication goes a long way. I still have not gotten an answer on when I will receive my refund for the half of the class that I put down. This is very bad business. I feel like at this point I am being swindled out of my money and cannot recommend this place.

I would read it at zero Stars if that was an option. Upon arriving to do my husband's drive test…read morethe instructor said wow you're 35 years old and just now getting your license. He was extremely rude to him and basically marked him off six points each category for the slightest "error". My husband went on to take the test through DOL and passed with flying colors right after the 911 instructor failing him. He was profiled judged and robbed of $80 by this place. The instructor took his $80 failed him and then offered for another appointment that afternoon to try again. Which he declined and like I said went on to get his license through department of licensing with flying colors.
