After repeated calls and emails, the "website designer" could not make the corrections from simple logo positioning and sizing to paragraphs that needed to be inserted. I have email trails from 2024-2025 of website items that could not be accomplished by Simon's staff. I eventually completed my website on my own and although not great because I am not a web designer but it works and without spelling errors and within a month!!
