After the work, my vehicle had swirls, and micro scratches from the body shop and I needed to get my ceramic coating redone. Ron and East Bay Auto Spa took incredible care of my Range Rover. He did all the detailed body paint and body pre work and deep detail before applying the ceramic coat. It's was a multi-day process where the time was put in, to do the work correctly. When I got my Range Rover back; no joke, it looked like I had just gotten a brand new vehicle back. The work was impeccable. I take very good care of my ride. I get it detailed regularly, and keep it well maintained. I was super impressed with the work. Ron is the real deal. If you have a beautiful and expensive vehicle and you're not sure who to trust with it, you've found the place. Ron explained the process in detail and walked me through the shop to demonstrate the work in action. After seeing the process in action and discussing options with Ron, i left my vehicle there with a quoted delivery of 3pm on Friday, or just over 48 hours after delivery. When Friday came around, Ron gave me a call to let me know i could pick it up around noon, which was awesome. The quality of work was definitely worth the price. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Ron greeted me with two of the filthiest pieces of detailing clay that i have even seen along with a gunked up buffing pad. Long story short, the crap embedded in the clear coat was meticulously removed prior to the coating, which is exactly what a customer wants. The window tinting was equally clean and my ride looked exceptional--exactly what a new vehicle should look like. A shout out goes to Angel, who assisted in the detailing process. The final result was clearly a team effort.

The attention to detail before anything is applied is unmatched. They do not rush the process and clearly prioritize doing the job right over doing it fast. You can see that mindset reflected in the final result. Clean edges, no bubbles, no shortcuts, and a very consistent finish throughout. They genuinely go above and beyond. Every surface feels properly corrected, cleaned, and protected, and the materials they use are clearly high quality. The results are better than anything I have witnessed, and I have been in the auto industry for over 15 years, so I have seen a lot. Heat rejection, paint clarity, and overall protection are all noticeably better than what I have experienced elsewhere. Communication was professional, timelines were clear, and pricing was transparent. The car was returned on schedule and in immaculate condition. This shop has been serving the community for a long time, and it shows. My dad trusted this place with all of his vehicles for years, and now I am following in his footsteps. That kind of long-term trust is earned. If you are looking for premium work done with care, patience, and pride, this is the place to go.
